What has Moosty done in this situation:
Rejected Kitty's idea, called her salty, asked why she was still around (Kitty responds without seeming upset)
Then he replies to her long post, can kind of see how this is provocative, although still borderline rude.
 
What has Kitty done:
Responded to Moosty's post calling her salty and asking why she is still around. Essentially doesn't seem bothered by Moosty's post (never once called it rude or disrespectful), but answered all his questions and made it clear she doesn't want to be here.
 
Out of the blue, 9001% off the topic of the thread, Kitty says
 
"Shouldn't you be begging for food at the homeless shelter?

That right there is retaliation. In case you didn't know, I personally warned Kitty quite a while ago to never retaliate and to get help if there is an issue, if she did retaliate there would be severe consequences. Oh and by the way, I can't believe you would EVER say this to someone, it crosses the line by miles.
 
So what does that mean?
Kitty is gonna be banned for this (you know, like permed), she knew very well how to handle the situation and went against prior warnings. No more small bans, she had a last chance and its over now.

What about Moosty?
 
Yes, we can perm him as well, but I don't see how that provides any benefit... Kitty gets banned, situation resolved. We ban moosty on top of that... really what benefit does the community get? IMO kitty has stuck around to cause problems (shoutbox especially). We certainly haven't had to deal with anything in regards to Moosty since his ban.
 
Kind of a crappy explanation but here is what should happen:
 
Kitty is getting permed.
Community decides if Moosty stays or gets permed as well.

Got some suggests to improve the new layout. Would be nice if...

The emotions (ratings) were merged with the status bar. (ie post time, post # etc). Possibly with the checkbox, name and post time on the right and emotions on the left.
 
The profile picture and/or name could have an toggle option for either steam or forum default.
The forum tags (ie. member, donator etc) were placed bellow the name.
The 'Forums' sub-menu (ie. mark read, search etc) disappeared when the client isn't hovering over it. Maybe at-least just an scroll feature.
 
The green bar was merged with the black one. Maybe with the profile pic setup like twitter but with the mailbox, flag and credits bellow the name.
 
The about us (at the bottom of the page in black) was moved to the far right. (makes more sense)
The facebook, twiter, youtube, home, contact, help, terms etc was merged with 'about us' in the black (at page bottom)
The style chooser put on the copyright bar. (remove the need for anther bar)
 
The client status was placed bellow to name. (remove the need for the top bar)
The 'XenoGamers' logo was moved to the top right corner of the screen
The ad(s) were placed on the side of the page. (allows for 2 or more and reduces scrolling)

p.s. I just used AdBlock on chrome to construct an more organized forum layout. Its as simple as right clicking on the form features you don't like and blocking them. If you think this looks good, it can be made even better with suggestions above.

I agree completely. The Forums page appears a little cluttered and disorganized to me, seems like everything is too, as smoker would say, "dick ass tight".
 
I also think that the posts seem to blend together, the lines that distinguish between different posts is far too light and its somewhat difficult to tell where one post starts and another ends. In general, the amount of (pardon my language) white seems too offset. Would like to see more of xG's colours (flat grey/sky blue)

Can there at least be an option to use the older layout of the website?
 
I want the website to be as dark and dreicht as possible, like my country.

I've been meaning to throw one of these threads up just to address some things in the TF2 division. Basically as we all know server population is fluctuating both positively and negatively. We're getting a lot of new members, but yet a lot of people are leaving. We have a ton of new servers and maps thanks to @ColdEndeavour, @Nomulous, and @kbraszzz. xG is changing a lot right now and what better time to change up one of our divisions? So I just have a few things to say that in my opinion will help out TF2 in the long run. If any one else has any ideas, feel free to add here or contact myself or @kbraszzz directly.
 
FIRSTLY. The staff.
Sure you can have flashy maps, and tons of plug ins, but staff is one of the biggest parts of any server/clan. Without staff, servers run rampant. Rules are broken, servers slowly get known as unpleasant places, and population declines due to that. A staff member should be kind, courteous, and helpful with whatever issues are brought on to the server. That being said, a staff member must be wearing their tags at all time on any of the TF2 xG servers. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to show the people that aren't familiar with our staff team who in the server has power to assist. We all need to make a conscious effort (myself included) to portray this image on servers and on forums. (This includes screaming profanities/racial slurs, etc. This behavior is unacceptable)
 
SECONDLY. Members.
This delves a little deeper into my first point. Members are one of the first things a non-member will see when hopping onto our servers. Obviously wear the [xG] tags with pride and show people what xG is about. As previously stated this is not server exclusive, but servers should be a main focus at this point. Everything stated above to staff also applies to members. Treat others how you would want to be treated. Simple as that. That means do NOT make fun of a kid for his voice, exclude people because they don't like the same stuff you do, or think differently than you do. (Some very common examples) We're a gaming COMMUNITY after all. Everyone that joins should feel welcome and not threatened. We all need to work on breaking down the wall that the TF2 div threw up and start branching out.
 
THIRDLY. PLUG INS.
Not a very large point but still a part of servers. This includes hub as well. It seems that hub especially is mixed feelings ith the community. Some love it, others hate it. I know that RTD has always been a fan favourite, but some other plug ins that we're slowly adding (Last CT on JB comes to mind here) can cause the decline or incline of population. At this present time I do not know if the addition/subtraction will be a significant difference on our servers, but yet it is still something. This being said, I wanted to address all the broken plug ins that have layed broken for weeks, months at a time. If anyone sees bugs or issues with any plug in, contact myself/kbraszz.
 
FOURTHLY. Servers/maps.
This is my final point I wanted to say. We all have our favourite maps. The maps that we first joined in on and fell in love with. Some maps that come to mind are Celedon City, Clocktown, Click Clock Woods, and Hop_JB to name a few. Lets say your favourite servers was suddenly changed one day. Or the map you love so much left, you aren't exactly gonna want to stick around. You'll want to go somewhere where the map is present and alive.This is one of our main issues with the TF2 division and it's about time it changes. At this time it's just a few people making the decisions but we all need to come together and figure out what servers/maps we NEED and what servers/maps need the ax. I agree that we have a lot of servers that imitate other servers we have, and only one of the two servers are populated. This is why we need EVERYONE'S help to fix this shit once and for all.

+1 for only ct's dropping credits. Also for me at least it's a bit buggy, because it says "You have no credits to drop" when I die and then when someone picks up the credits that I apparently did not drop I get a message saying they picked them up. Not sure how that all is supposed to work or what

We should lower the age limit for applications to 13 years old, at least till this community becomes more populated. If a 13 year old makes an app, we should not -1 him on age but if he is immature and rude. Update 2: passed gas for the first time since being diagnosed with appendicitis and just had blood drawn which hurt like a bitch. Haven't eaten or drunken anything for a few days and there's a tube going up my nose and into my stomach. I'll be back hopefully within 2 weeks, by the time surgery happened my appendix had basically exploded so I'm gonna be hospitalized for at least a week
