Here are my opinions:
 
[DEFINITELY KEEP]

No problem with AWP/Scout. Small group gets on AWP/Scout, have a fun time.
Deathrun is fun.

[MAYBE]

RPG Surf is a maybe. Hardly ever populated yet it's not broken at all.
BuildWars is a maybe too. Never populated, not broken, it's fun.

[sCRAP]

RPG Surf DM isn't needed, just a server copied and pasted with a Deathmatch feature. Never populated.
Zombie Mode/Escape isn't working so scrap it.
 
The Gun Game server feels floaty. I'm sure most people can vouch for that. Never populated, so scrap.

[FIX]

Make the Christmas server into a vanilla CS:S server. Just add RTV, ranks, $800 starting cash, etc. No gimmicks, just try and make it as vanilla as possible. Not all people like to scrim 5v5s, so it's a fix and keep in my opinion.

There's a big difference from a bad clan/community, and a clan/community that has issues.
 
Any clan will have issues tho... and the ones in xG aren't as bad as most others.
 
I don't think the probelm is silence... I think the problem is that everyone thinks that silence isn't allowed to do anything fun or anything except work on HUB....
 
He plays with the forum theme for 15 minutes and gets flamed that he isn't working on hub instead... like a bunch of crack addicts waiting for a fix...
 
He pays for and created this community yet people treat him like shit... sorry to break it to you but in the real world... the person that pays the bills has the "right" to do anything they want.

Honestly rule discussions shouldn't only be for the higher ups, they should be for all staff.
And we are NEVER notified of a rule change unless it's one on a thread on the forums.
There's a CS:S Discussion part of the forums for a reason. We CS:S players discuss the rules, not just DMs (which there is only 2 of anyways, >.>).
ALSO, i was told the "Must let them out of a spot like Iso, then let them run for 10 seconds", the bold part is the changed part, was discussed only between @@DarkWolf6052 and @@Warriorsfury , Ok with darkwolf i understand, but Warrior is only a mod now, if you discuss it with one mod discuss it with all of them, and Gkoo should have been involved also as the DM he is.
DMs manage the players, that is their job, why ONLY they discuss the rules is beyond me, Admins and Mods enforce the rules, so they should have a say in rules that are changed BEFORE they are changed/added.

It's completely up to the Staff Members who are on during the time. It doesn't matter if she has the privilege to use her mic. If she mic spams or is an annoyance to the players, we will still mute her regardless. Notify the Staff Members who are on that it is becoming an annoyance and that you would like something done about it, but don't let us know in a disrespectful way (IE. Telling/Demanding us to take action instead of asking us to do so).
