If he evaded, and you can remember, keep him banned. They should not be using the easter eggs because we are not using hales for trap activators. I already sorted this out in server with both parties, and I assured them that no one was getting banned. The guys that were spamming, I told to grow up and enough of it. I told lucy to come directly to us instead of warning them like 5 times. Both sides were fine with it. WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

If you want to overrule me, go right ahead. I left it open to hear comments from other staff. I'm still not changing my opinion because I believe there were similarities between him and the other guy. As for the other evidence, it was given to me after he made the ban protest. Think of it this way. If the police are in a normal neighborhood and they don't see any problems going on, but they suddenly hear gunshots. They are allowed to kick down the door of the house that they heard it in to investigate what happened and see if anyone is hurt (probable cause). What if they noticed drugs or unregistered weapons sitting on the table. Those are viable in court because they had probable cause for investigation. People noticed the ban request, looked back on his activities, and told me about them. If you think I'm trying to right a wrong, which I still don't think I'm wrong, then fine. I'll make a secondary ban after this for the bm and telling someone to commit suicide. I'll wait for a response from kb and Rejects (if possible). Other than that, I have nothing else to say. First of all, I don't think I made a mistake. If you take the time and compare his shots to the other aimbotter, you'll see the similarity. Second of all, he's been banned in the past for BM (I was not aware of this until I was told literally 10 minutes ago), so therefore this other evidence is still valid. Also, not a perma for bm bullshit. He said "I'm into transvestite suicide" after bm-ing a "tranny".

That's exactly what I said. I figured it was common sense, but apparently people find it funny or have no self-control with these kind of things. Which is why I posted on this thread in the first place. I don't care about his comments, it appeared he was having fun (Muself?). I care about what I saw and how that's probably why the servers are crashing.

We had this thing called trust, but I was never actually able to see what people did on abuse days. That was, until I saw that video and was like "gg". Before, it appeared to be because of the gunmettle update. Now we know what is really is :]

Not talking about his opinion. It seemed like he had fun. I'm talking about the 30 emails a day I get from server crashes. Not all of that is plugins or maps.

Or, you know, it would get people to change the maps more often because I always hear whining about staying on certain maps forever. Clearly since people go overboard with it and actually crash the server, there needs to be some level of control. (Don't think I don't know. I get emails everytime the server crashes.)
