Okay. 1. Bello, calm down. 2. You may not have caused trouble while you were evading your ban; however, what caused you to be perma'd in the first place? From personal experience, evading a severe ban is instant grounds for a permanent ban. From what I've heard, they actually had to change your ban from STEAM ID to IP because you wouldn't stop. If you are going to be that much of a nuisance, why should you be unbanned? 3. I find it kind of strange that all of the people that are friends with you say that you should be unbanned. Everyone else who is neutral or has heard of you, they all disagree with it. That throws up a red flag. I think that's the point. That stops here and now. It's just useless bickering. I will say this: Whoever feels he deserves to be forgiven, go right ahead. I, however, am not willing to remove the ban. If we unbanned you for giving us 10 dollars and saying "I <3 Xenogamers", we would have to unban all of the other people if they asked as well. It's completely unjust.

No I didn't. I said that my opinion won't change and that he will stay banned. Considering the amount of times of he has caused trouble by evading his ban in the first place, rather than be an adult and make an unban request, I don't think he deserves it.

When you open the !calladmin menu and attempt to make a report against someone, it gives you a warning that says abusing this may result in punishment. You actually have to physically hit "YES" that you agree to it. If you abuse it, that is your fault.

You guys don't actually realize how long this is going to take. Nom took FOUR hours last time just to fix the bugs. How long do you think this is going to take? I am against a !freeday command because that will be easily abused. I like our current freeday system. The rest I am fine with. If this is going to happen, you guys shouldn't be asking us every day if it will be done (that is if Nom agrees to this). You'll have to be patient with the whole process. Just look how long hub took, and it's still unavailable.

TL;DR Solution: Xerses, act like an adult since you are 17. You have a temper, learn to control it. We installed !calladmin, so use it to solve your problems. Ace and Jesp, spawn camping on maps that require a teleport out of spawn is illegal. Also, if you are going to record someone, don't act like a dick after you catch them. Just upload the video. Taunting them afterwards doesn't exactly make you look too good or help the case. I don't recall banning him. Also, the cloud sync for our teambans has been broken for a while. You probably won't find it. We probably should just unban him because I don't see any proof that he was breaking the rules. We also can't find the admin who banned him.

You guys should watch the video. Even though I saw you today, Xerses, you seems pretty serious on the video. At this point I don't really know what was going on. No one really knew the rules and this seems like a giant clusterfuck.

Death threats aren't allowed, but whoever was recording instigated that as well. Especially since he/she continued after they said they recorded him. Also, spawn camping is not allowed on maps where you have to teleport out of spawn. I think Scoot made that pretty clear. I can clearly see the person is an engi and only assume what was happening. I'm okay for a short ban for Xerses, BUT I want Ace to speak here first. Only then will punishment be dealt.

If you already have membership, I think you are fine.
