This was under minimal load on the box with approx 20 people on. If it was one of the nights where our servers were packed, which happens very often during the weekdays, you could cause a cascading crash or even crash people's clients. I've gotten alerts from NFO in the past saying they had to shut down one of our servers because we maxed out our CPU usage. I'm still saying no.

-1 No, this is going to cause a crash. The valve rocket launcher already shoots very fast and when you give everyone it, the server struggles. ROF 10 will crash it.

So essentially, all of these are pretty much "no" because they are objective based. That leaves us with one map to test, lol. Next time you guys suggest maps, please keep in mind this is a trade server. Casual fighting can occur, but we shouldn't have these kinds of maps.

The current ratio is 4:1 (mics:non-mics [However, you don't have to use your mic. Just prove you have one.]). Obviously you can scale this down to 1:1 or 2:1 if there are fewer people on the server. Pro tip: Only give orders over the mic.

Don't add the OOT3d map back anymore. The guy can't keep up with the problems and it's just a clusterfuck atm. The abilities that spawn never disappear, so they pile and lag the server.

So I went through these and I'll let you know which ones we can and can't test (also the reasons why). Peach - No, only has one spawn which is a clusterfuck. Dark Tower - Possibly (leaning towards no), it's a CTF map. Unless @Moosty @Rejects @metalslug53 @kbraszzz want to change the server so it's trade and rotation, it will be a no. Aquatic Ruins - Same as Dark Tower, it's a koth map. CTR N.Gin Labs - Possibly, it's a mario kart map. Same reason as Dark Tower. Metal Gear Solid - No, it's a generic arena map. Nuketown - Possibly, appears to be koth (you can see the control point on the screenshot). Pac-Man - No, it's a generic CP map. Whomp Fortress - Possibly, looks pretty small. It's VSH (aka koth), so same reason as Dark Tower Portal - Yes, it's a trade map. Might be interesting. Kokiri Forest - Possibly, it's a payload map. Same reason as Dark Tower. Lavender Town - No, it's a pointless map that I already tested with Rhodo. It has no buildings to go in, not to mention the CP. It's also horribly optimized. TL;DR- Yes: Portal Maybe (per agreement of @Moosty @Rejects @metalslug53 @kbraszzz ): Dark Tower Aquatic Ruins CTR N.Gin Nuketown Whomp Kokiri No: Metal Gear Pac-Man Lavender Town Peach

Or if you can't figure out how to use the record feature for your game, I'm pretty sure Nvidia has shadowplay and AMD has Raptr(?). You can record/cache the last five minutes of gameplay and save it.

When I have played in the past, people haven't really gone heavy. It's not that big of a deal because you can just go spy and cloak or something. There were only like 2 maps available for Smash when I last looked.
