I just find it very strange for three reasons: France has never been known to cause problems or provoke these kind of attacks. They were just hit by a big terrorist attack earlier in the year (remember the comic artists that were gunned down?). We have the Echelon, Dishfire, Xkeyscore, and Frenchelon networks/databases that are able to monitor this kind of stuff (google it). How was none of the intelligence community aware of this, or why was nothing said? I have a feeling there will definitely be some retaliation from hacktivist groups, France, and their allies (including us). I just find it so shameful how people support this kind of stuff (what Forest was saying). Innocent people were gunned down and killed. That is nothing to be celebrating...

Just a heads up. Kbraszzle and I feel he and Bliz are very mature for their ages. I don't see a problem with letting them in and neither does he. Besides, they're 15... less than a few months away from being sixteen. What's the big deal? What's going to change in like 3-6 months? Nothing.

To keep it simple since most new players don't understand the plugin, yes. If it activates you have it. However, if someone glitches onto blue, you should make it a priority to explain to them to use !guard and then switch them off.

There really isn't any proof. I've played with Tio and he normally doesn't do this kind of stuff (he's a competent warden, +1 has a mic). I can see how he might have thought it was LCT and started killing people, but it wasn't. When you're on next time, I'll unban you. Just realize that LCT only occurs when there are four people on blu, and the plugin triggers it. If the plugin does not activate, it is not LCT. Cut and dry. ~Closed

There was a convo made between Rhodo, the CS:GO higher ups, and the TF2 higher ups. Not saying there isn't an issue, but I have not personally seen anything. I did speak to the other side, but after that there was nothing else to discuss. I only just recently learned a little about what Matsi was saying and doing in the past from Snackbar. I then told Matsi to stay away from you guys after I learned what he had been doing. It's a good policy to live by. He should take it up, which is why I brought it up in the first place. I didn't say, "stop telling people what they do is wrong or are not comfortable with". I said stop bringing up past events with him, and then he won't talk about it. I said that he might have been warned 10 billion times, but how many of those times was he spoken to like an adult? This is why I'm staying neutral on this because I do not have all of the old facts or events. If he really is causing this big of a problem recently, and the CLs decide so, then I am a-okay with removing his membership. No further comment.

"You do you and we'll do us." As for the other people, don't initiate contact and don't involve the stories you dislike. You only enflame the issue and make it worse. Just popping in. He's getting banned for 3 days. I already spent an hour on the server talking to him because he was spamming the chat for Lavender town to be added back. He fought with me for an hour, saying I was bullying him and favoriting xG members, when I literally did not punish him. However, I gave him an ultimatum. If he was caught spamming again, he was getting banned. This is the 3rd time he has been spoken to, not to mention the numerous other times he was spamming and left. TL;DR - Repeat offender that spams often. Staff has had to talk to him 3+ times. Is not changing. Banned for 3 days. P.S. - He asked to be banned ;)

I only go for a ban if they keep spraying it over and over after being warned, they are a regular (whom I know or a staff knows), or both. Please note, this is not before another staff member or I have spoken to them. We normally ask them three times to stop spraying it, and if we get resistance or no response it's ended there. The offender doesn't have to change their spray. They just have to stop spraying it on the server. That's my strategy on it.

Banned for 2 days. Nvm, staff spoke to him in game. He's a regular. He will stop.
