Actually, Dutchy's average connection time per day (for the two weeks before he was accepted) was about 6 hours (the least he played per day was still over an hour, more than a lot of staff for CS:S). Like I -1'd Dutchy's app for lack of activity, I'm going to -1 this app for the same reason. You are a lot of fun to play with, but you simply don't have enough activity to be ready for member. Unless you have several days of activity hidden away on minigames, you've barely played on the CS:S servers. From looking up your steam ID on rank.xenogamers.com you only show up on 4 xG servers, 3 of which you are active on (the last one has 0% activity). Your total play time for these three servers is about 2.5 - 4 hours. While you certainly have the maturity aspect of membership down, you need to get more active before you can get member status. He evaded bans like 5 dozen times. When he didn't get unbanned from the forums, he went into JB and massed and laughed about it.... and got perm ct banned.
I'm all for him continuing to play here and "maybe" unbanned from the forums, but not for becoming a member... and not being unctbanned.

Maybe if you took the time to actually read the rule before hopping on CT, your case would be a little more acceptable. Being new to the server isn't an excuse to break the rules, in fact it shows that you have a blatant disregard for the server rules as you ignored the most and just hopped right on CT.Also, you've been band for less than 48 hours so it is waaaaay too early to even consider unbanning you. If you really want to show you're worthy of being unbanned, play on T for a couple of weeks and figure out if you really want to stick around. If playing on CT is something that you just absolutely need, you're welcome to find another server to play on. -1

Well I am 12 so I cannot get 10 dollars or 20,so the Mona Pizza challenge is a nogo.

For a mute/gag it tends to be, for example if someone was racist, "!gag whoever" then I would say "No racism please." Same goes for anything else. I mute or gag and right after I state the reason or tell them not to do it. They stay muted/gagged for one round and then I unmute/ungag them. Simple as that.
 
@@Matsi the mute isn't the warning, it's to get them to stop what they're doing and listen to the admin. You have to warn them/explain why you muted/gagged them.

A large portion is for Stumpy's ban time to be reduced, and almost all of their reasoning is logically sound. There's no use arguing it, it's simply ridiculous.
 
With that said, his attitude and behaviour are questionable, and you all should be aware of it. Check out the Member Protest on him and check the chatlogs I posted there, it's pretty damn bad (for those who are lazy, Click Me). Regardless of it being directed toward Matsi or anyone else, if I was insulted at that rate over something that is my lifestyle, I'd be pretty upset. However, that still doesn't excuse the fact that he was not warned nor gagged or anything before being Server banned for a week.
 
Both are at fault, and therefore something should be worked out that works for both. Let's start with how that will work shall we?
 
1. Reduce the ban length to a few days (at the most). He was never warned, gagged, kicked, or even banned for a pre-determined amount of time. No one can deny that, and no one can justify that. With that said, it is as much the Staff Member's fault as it is the player's. If you (Staff) are lenient, and you let someone continue whatever it is they're doing, knowing that it's wrong, you are giving them the impression that it's alright to do it.
 
2. Post a Ban Request toward the ban if you want it to be extended for whatever reason. This ensures that you can provide evidence and reasoning toward having the ban extended instead of flat out 'jumping the gun' with a straight week ban. If it doesn't go through, the nig is still banned for a few days (at the most) anyways.

4. Everyone's happy. Stumpy (hopefully) learns his lesson and tones down on the aggressive behaviour, Matsi (if still upset) had a chance to give his side of the story in a Ban Request (or even a Member Protest) and a decision was later made (or not) reflecting it.
