The idea is great, we've had this idea multiple times though, the only problem is getting a competent division leader to actually do the fudgeing work.

And your problem should easily be solved. If i'm correct it would be set up like minecraft where each player that joins gets their own file that tracks their time. Just get the division leader to edit a few veteran player times over the required time and you're set.

Although it would be nice, division leaders aren't required to know how to code. I wrote this up at 4 am when i couldn't sleep, so there might be some errors in this.

When you search CT bans, it links you to their server bans. You need to change the url from

"...index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=STEAM_0:1:3414566%E2%80%8B&advType=steamid"

to

"index.php?p=ctbanlist&advSearch=STEAM_0:1:3414566%E2%80%8B&advType=steamid"

There is no plugin that can do this and we even tried to get intro music, but that didn't even work. The plugin can be coded itself, but it would be quite hard.

There is doe. I still strongly recommend not having join sounds though.
