You know I miss the GMOD division. Its how I joined this clan. @Charrax 's TTT server was fun, its where I made my friends and it convinced me to join the community. Back then the GMOD division felt like it was part of the community. Nowadays it feels segregated from the community and where I see the fault is in the division leader @Vertex . Its a pattern we have seen over and over with the way he runs his divisions. He makes no interaction with the community, no communication, promotes whoever he wants even if they are not a member of the community. I really don't know how this has been put up with for so long. We should not have a division that feels like its a severed arm. Thats not the fault of the community, that is a fault of you. As a DL you are supposed to be leading this division as part of the community but I've seen to many things where you have separated your division from the rest. I feel you need to start treating this division as part of the community because I truly miss the days where we had a truly good GMOD div.

+1 super chill dude and totally did not threaten to demote me if I didnt +1 him. In all honesty been in this community for a long while and would be a good addition to the mod team. CS could use more quality mods

This is not advertising. He is recommending a game to people on the server. It is only breaking rules if they are advertising a competing server. We don't care if they are saying download some mobile game.

If I might make a suggestion to you. I would work on your people skills. You want to help with minecraft right? Well in order to do this there are two people you need to impress. And yet here you are repeatedly insulting them with incompetence and displaying your own arrogance so loud and clear Stevie Wonder could see it. So if I were you, I would think about what I would say, because it seems to me that you have a false perception of the situation and with every post you make you are digging a deeper and deeper hole for yourself.

Thank you for your input. We will take it into consideration. We are working very hard on the server to make sure that it is the very best it can be. We are always looking for ways to improve when it comes to our buildings, the plugins we use, the config settings, and how we operate as a staff. The album you linked of course is an "update" or a "sneak peak" and is not the final product. This means there is still plenty of work to be done. Many of the improvements that you have suggested have already been talked about and are planned on doing. If you have ever built anything in your life you would know that a lot of what you suggested are minor "details" and are the last part of any project. You start with the big base, fill that base with structure and form, then you and the details that bring it all together. I'm sorry this didn't compute to you. I will be sure that the rest of our updates are more clear and able to be understood by all. I know you feel that you can contribute to the minecraft server, but please I assure you that all of the people we have working on the server now very capable and I have the highest confidence in all of the people who have made their contributions. If we ever need any assistance we will be sure to include consulting you and your expertise in Minecraft, of course once you receive a legitimate copy of the game. Thank you very much for your posts. We really truely appreciate them.

We do not have a release date as of now and we won't until we are close to the server being done. We don't want to set a deadline for ourselves and have to rush to complete the server and release a trash server. We want to do this right. I created the update thread so we can keep all of you updated as of now and be able to see the progress we are making and not leave everyone in the dark thinking we aren't doing anything.

In the short time as DL @SuperMaddud has already made a lot of progress towards Towny. After tomorrows final me and him have a lot planned to work on the server. I'm making an update thread so we can keep everyone up to date about whats going on and what we have done.

There is already DM and chest relooting. Unless there some other good reason for having the ability to destroy blocks its not gonna happen.

Whats to stop someone from digging a hole and hiding there the whole game? Thats not something I want to happen. What other purpose would being allowed to break blocks be used for? I could see getting into buildings but this could still be used to create some really cheap hiding spots that I don't think are good for HG

On more populated servers, HG will start once the lobby is full. I do not expect that kind of activity anytime soon so the alternative is to allow whoever is on to start the game themselves once everyone is on. This won't start the game immediately it will give a 30 second grace period for more people to join in case someone does try to be scum. Yes the chests were shit (ex. @MinerTeddy always seemed to have more bows than arrows). Me and owl did not have the full understanding of how they chests worked and I am going to be testing it to try and find a good item ratio. I am not going to make it so you can break blocks. That would make it too easy to scum. You dig yourself into a hole and cover it up and hold shift? Yeah no. We know HG is not as popular as it was before so that is why it is not the main gamemode that'll bring people to the server. Just something people can come on and play for fun.
