and your so called moderater saying
is mature? I attempted to keep my post mature and even removed names and such.
Also... one could argue that the motd you mentioned says ADMIN not MOD... but either way I think they need to inform people of the rule that isnt listed.

He was called out by warden BY NAME to be a rebel and I was told to find him and kill him, I was looking for him long before the warden died.

I don't remember if he was one I had actually seen myself to be rebeling but I assumed that the warden did since he called by name that he was rebeling...
I think if you didn't see the rebel yourself, and the warden was killed, and it became a freeday, his orders don't stand after that, so.. it sorta would be a freekill

first off.... calling that stupid made up rule retarded and saying that noone likes CS:S wasn't disrespect towards any of the staf.. it was disrespect against the "rule" and the server.... learn the difference.

second off... Warden called him out as a rebel and I had been searching for him the entire fucking round, and when warden died there was ONE guy left that was going to get LR after I found the rebel.

third off... you prove even MORE how bad of a mod you are by saying that me not knowing that there is a made up rule that is LISTED NOWHERE AT ALL means that when I break it it is MY FAULT..... GG

I even went into CS:GO right after you kicked me and asked mods thre and they said you were stupid and that rebels remain rebels, one of the mods said that bleed even says that rebels remain rebels when it becomes freeday.

That is ridiculously retarded, it's no wonder all the CS:GO players say CS:S is bad LOL
Matsi, I like you, you're a good friend, but please don't start up another flame war. All T's are pardoned upon a freeday being called. If you didn't kill them in time before freeday, its your loss. It's just like when we had FireDrill Freedays; the firedrill goes off, all rebels are pardoned as soon as the firedrill went off.

WOAH, since I was dragged in here, this is how it is supposed to be enforced, like forest said.

If there is a rebel, and you actually see him rebelling, like shooting at you, then he is a rebel lets say he kills warden then runs away, and you chase him. nobody calls warden, 15 seconds pass, admins say freeday. he was an active rebel. thus you can still kill him as he had a gun and was shooting. but lets say that he was a rebel who was just hiding in surf (as in the case here) and an admin calls a freeday, then in that case, you must have some of the following criteria: You know the exact name of the rebel, how is this done? there are 2 Ts left alive, one non rebel and the other being the one hiding in surf. warden gets killed (or slain) but you know the one non rebel, you are still actively pursuing the rebel, 15 seconds pass and then there is an admin called freeday. free days in no way pardon rebels (save fire-drill which does not exist without bombs)

This case: 1 player in cell block other rebel after warden freekilled mullin, 15 seconds admin called freeday [the 1 in cells can run free] but the last person who was hiding who was a designated rebel came out and ran at matsi. he was still a rebel as he received no official pardon. matsi stabbed his pooper and then got slayed by vector.

What was wrong? Vector slayed matsi after the player complained in all chat.

Why did vector slay? confusion in the way a freeday and pardons work.

What have we learned? if you know exactly who the rebel is and you can verify that (small group of people followed orders and they are all in one location and rebel comes out w/o a pardon) he is indeed a rebel after an admin calls freeday, kill his ass, and don't slay the CT for doing it. that is how it should be handled.

Should there be a punishment for a misunderstanding? no.

    Is this better clarified? yes.

Should there be disrespect coming out of matsi? no.

I believe everyone here agrees on this after understanding the reasoning.

@SerbianJr what's wrong with bringing in other bans that have been done, and then unbanned, i'm saying exactly that: if these TROUBLESOME players received numerous unbans, why does the good player who had the off day and was fed up who was also a staff member get the short end of the stick?

First things first, autistic double post is autistic. I find it funny how you're trash-talking higher-ups in what looks like some kind of effort to get them to change their votes. Here's the thing, they gave a 0, not a -1. A 0 does not, in any way shape or form, hurt someone's chances of getting in xG. They're just putting in a neutral vouch, as they haven't seen the person on enough to make an opinion on whether or not they should be a member. They aren't insulting him for being inactive, and neither are they -1ing saying that he's too inactive. On the other hand, JWB and Darkwolf are active, and you have to remember that JWB is a DM for Minecraft, meaning that he has another Division to worry about and monitor as well. I'm just giving you some advice, but you and another PM like to act a lot higher up than you actually are, and it really isn't doing anything for you. You are at the lowest possible rung on the staff ladder of xG, and I've seen you get into arguments over incredibly things with Higher-Ups (including Poncher, when you bitched him out about making a joke). In the workplace, the newly hired employee doesn't go around trash-talking his boss. Doing what you're doing isn't going to get you anywhere, it will most likely only hurt you.

The reason that people get unbanned after they intentionally mass is because they show a little respect when they put up their request. You've posted less than respectful replies to those who are part of the CS:S division, you be disrespectful to one person and you affect everyone. It was a bad idea to argue with John, Gkoo, and Darkwolf; there's no way now that you will get unbanned. I'm sure that the four of us will make sure it doesn't happen.

I guess I'll give my input on this, but I don't want it to count as a Staff Member's vouch. As of yesterday, I stepped down. (The following is an honest and complete opinion that is definitely worth the read)

Alright, pertaining to the thread. I have no idea what's been going on with MineCrack that warranted this sort of attitude or action to be completely honest. A few weeks ago he was still the chill player who was fun to hang around or joke with.

As of recent, there has been a clear issue in regards to his attitude on the CS:S servers that is certainly questionable. For instance, a few days ago I had to server ban him for continued use of Racism after multiple warnings. This wasn't accidental either, it was blatant racism (spoken via public chat And Admin Chat) which even resulted in him changing his name to further provoke me ("YouWereToldToSuckMe xG"). Not only was this a childish display ingame, but because he was wearing the xG tag, it further undermines the title of being an xG member. Now, I don't know if he was acting out due to stress or whatever, but it does not mean he can ignore Staff Member warnings and make us look bad in the eyes of other players.

(I'm not trying to instigate any sort of flame war with the following) What I'm honestly seeing here is legitimate disrespect toward the CS:S Division, and of course our Div Managers would be upset about it. MineCrack decided that he would act out on our server just because he would be able to switch to another Server, which is completely wrong, especially for a member of xG. In a real life scenario, it's no different then going into another province/state, committing a crime, then going over to your home province/state and expecting no consequences.

Just because you won't be going onto that Server again, does not give you the right to do as you please, especially when it's a part of the XenoGamers community. It doesn't matter how you feel about the Server or it's players (or even Staff Members). It certainly does not mean you can get away scot free for doing so. Clearly you don't find being CT banned as a punishment on our CS:S Division since you'll never be there again. So in that case, maybe you should take the time to think about your actions before acting out on it if you're CT banned on all of our servers.

Unfair? Maybe so, but as a Member of XenoGamers, I do not condone blatant disrespect toward other Divisions, even if other Members do it as well. If anyone disapproves of what I've said, tough luck, because it's what I believe is justified. I will not be replying to anyone who is replying to this, so don't waste your time. +/-0 because I'm neither for or against this ban protest. I just want @@MineCrack to at least take the time to read this and understand that what he did was uncalled for. Luv ya bicboi.

Stalking you on threads? I saw your thread for an unban. I read it. If it would have been an ACCIDENT I would have +1'd you. Accidents happen. However, you INTENTIONALLY Mass freekilled. Unfortunately, CT Bans do carry over. We can not unban you for the simple fact of you'd be getting away with an intentional mass freekill and could potentially do it again.

Also, I never had a problem with you until you got on your high horse and talked down to everyone. Including the Division Managers of CS:S. It doesn't matter if you have been here longer, or who you know. Show some respect to people and maybe they would help you out. I give to people what they deserve, you haven't earned my respect. You don't deserve it.

A little disclaimer, I would have -1'd anyone who intentionally mass freekilled. I have before. This isn't all about you. I don't follow you around threads. I just come across threads that you happen to comment in and generally what you have to say is negative in some way. Just like that day in CS:S when you ran your mouth to me.
