Once again, member protest =/= admin abuse thread

$10 says that those -1 are afraid of getting backlash from Vector for not agreeing with him. $10 says that if it were you in this position he would throw you under the bus.

Once again, this is a member protest thread. We are not talking about the admin, but about the member and his actions and behavior towards other.

Do remember that this post is a member protest to decide whether he is allowed to keep membership or not. This post was created because of concerns about his disrespect.

@AdamStoe98 We have the reason "other" when we are unable to find an appropriate reason within the admin menu. Sometimes we have to go through the admin menu because a person has an untypeable name or because they have left the server. Also please don't start a flame war (again), calm down because others and myself don't want to read 4 pages of back and forth of you and another person reading flame war material. :coffee: @Moosty I do believe Vector has helped out a lot in populating Trade Gaming, but making your main argument that an admin helping repopulate a server makes them a good staff member really doesn't make sense. You can claim that he is a good member for helping populate servers but it does not equal to the same as being good staff members. @Hachi So if we want to make the servers fair then we can slay all reds on Jailbreak who decide to rebel or all blues who are being massive tools as warden (if that is the logic we want to have for xG). On the issue at hand, my vote is +1 for demotion and for membership to be stripped from Vector. He's a good staff member, it can't be denied that he can keep the peace. However, he can display some signs of arrogance and many have claimed (and myself have witnessed) that he can become very irrational and some of his bans have reasons that are not appropriate and/or invalid. Also if I recall he ordered some of our old staff members to do something and lost his sh!t when said staff member refused to do so. His display of extreme amounts of disrespect I have witnessed on the servers, in the bans list and heard from other user's accounts are not good signs of someone being a good member.

Seen user on our servers is mature and is active. +1 M: 8/10 A: 7/10 (pick up that activity dude)

Note to all of you who want staff, It is recommended that you get active on TeamSpeak to be considered a possible candidate to become staff. Another thing, we had a good amount of time where most (if not all) of our staff promo's were members who were mainly active on JB, and from the looks of it it ended up with A LOT of them leaving and/or getting demoted for inactivity or dumb sh!t like going on another groups server and acting like total douches. As much as Jail Break is populated and we have many members coming from said servers, many of them have and continue to believe that staff powers are like handout's simply because they memorized the rules and play on the server for a sh!t ton of time. Look at the most recent promo's, these are members who have been seen as being responsible, mature, and active members of our community. Honestly, I've said this so many times that I have a bind for it.

Steps to getting a new server 1. Suggest it because a lot of people want it. 2. Get said server. 3. Everyone plays it for one day. 4. No one populates the server after that. 5. Call the entire staff (except the one's who don't ban) badmins because they aren't active on said server.
