Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has sadly passed away. Nintendo has issued a statement which you can read here. Mr Iwata passed away on July 11, 2015 due to a bile duct growth. Satoru Iwata wasn’t just a successful president of Nintendo, he was one of the most popular public figures in video games.

Fair enough, but I'm not sure complaining about and mocking the tf2 division every single day is going to make us +1 you.

I feel like half of the people in here need to (re-)read that thread I made in regards to personal opinion. Getting people to post their opinion without coming back and spouting off why they're right when someone offers their own opinion is like trying to convince the Pope that everything he believes in is wrong. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not saying you shouldn't reply at all, just that you can do so in a respectful manner. Obviously this doesn't apply to those who are intentionally trying to get a rise out of you. Just ignore those particular replies.
 
In regards to the Ban Protest, my initial thought is "his ban was reduced from a permanent ban already. Why is this even being considered?" But that's just me being my typical "rule nazi" self. Although I would like to point out the fact that one of the few reasons the ban was dealt was for Vector to develop a more "community-friendly attitude that doesn't involve overly-hostile or discriminating remarks". A quick look at his postings from May up until now does show little turbulence (there are a few moments where the attitude and arrogant remarks are seen) but a three month period isn't (in my opinion) enough time to determine whether someone has become more tolerant of others.
 
The biggest thing that's preventing me from giving a 1-up is Vector's attitude, nothing more, nothing less. The guy did a hell of a good job as a Staff Member when enforcing rules; the problem was that he did it in an unprofessional and albeit overly aggressive way. With that said, I'm not saying that every Staff Member is perfect, because there is no way I could know that as I don't play TF2 (let alone our Servers on there). The thing is that they aren't on trial here, so to speak.
 
Now, before anyone begins to get the idea that I'm judging based on what others have said, I'm not. I'm speaking from personal experience. I know Vector comes off incredibly blunt first hand. I would also like to clarify that I do not care what problems Members have with him. I am purely concerned with how his behaviour may affect XenoGamers as a whole. It goes without saying that people will be less inclined to play on a Server with someone who belittles or excessively abuses players; that applies to anyone and everyone who fits that category in general, not just Vector.
 
My only grievance is that Vector has made it clear that he doesn't want to change his ways, but this is only a problem to me because it can directly influence players on the Servers in a negative way. There are certain qualifications that Members (more prominently as a Staff Member) of XenoGamers should keep in mind, but it seems like those qualifications have just degraded and degraded over time. Being in XenoGamers means you represent xG, you stand for what xG symbolizes, for a lack of better words. As poetic as that sounds, it's true. There isn't a reason to belittle some people for not knowing the rules, for asking frivolous questions or for stating their opinion. Obviously this goes hand-in-hand with determining whether someone is just trolling or genuinely asking.
 
I really want to type out a TL;DR, but I won't because I'm pretty drained already. As always, I give a +/- 0 on this Ban Protest. @Vector just, try not to be too arrogant on the Servers bud, that's all I'm asking. Don't drive away potential Members or regulars by being too much of an áss hat.

He's a CL who was CS and doesn't want me unbanned. Why are you straight up not looking at the TF2 people who actually wish to reduce my ban? it's not bias because they are in tf2? The fact you are so immature (called me immature lol) in not accepting other opinions and claim bias while insulting the CLs makes me fully understand why you were demoted. This is also coming from the same person who straight up said, xG should use fear to bring order into the servers, but doesn't like it when someone is mean to him. everyone has some hypocrisy in them but for god sakes, try not to make it so obvious.

Honestly, I thought about it and as much of an anus Vector was in his day It's not really that big of a deal to me if he comes back. I honestly think it couldn't be THAT huge of a damn problem for him to play on the servers with us, I'm not really heated about him wanting to comeback, who knows might end up rubbing off on us. I'm not going to shit hell fire over one person, plus I've met worse human beings on servers, and (sometimes it's people still in our division no offense). Hell the guy just speaks his mind so I can definitely respect that. +1

TF2 is just taking an idea from CS:GO because of how successful this idea was. They threw in skins because if they had the operations what would be the reward?

But what they gave us was re skins WHICH IS PERFECTLY FINE you can inspect them and look cool. and if you dont want them sell them on the market. they are marketable. or trade them.
Sure you will get loads of crappy looking skins but one time u may get a really nice skin worth something. It happened to me and can happen to you!
 
The missions are also a great idea. TF imo was really dead. The missions give u a small thing to complete and its something fun to do for a chance to get a cool reward, or u can go our servers ;)

The update imo was great and look forward to seeing new skins and maybe a trade up contract would be amazing.

Dead Ringer:
O bby they did it again! adding a speed boost when faking death, is really useful. If you're hit from a flamethrower and turn away quick enough the flames do not touch you :D
Instantly removing 50% of the meter a bit iffy on that but since there is a speed boost its okay i guess.
No bump shimmer for 3 secs meh
The damage resistance over time is cool. having the 65% damage resistance then after 3 seconds it turns to 20%.
The only draw back is that you can't pick up metal while cloaked. which is Bullshit. So i cant sit on top of Engys dispensers, and make long cloaked trips across the map.

Medieval mode is hell on earth. Spam fan of war scouts with bonk, mad milk or a cleaver, snipers with the huntsman (that are actually very poor shots and just unleash hellfire of arrows hoping they hit something) demomen tide turning their asses from point a to b killing 8 people on the way past the gate, 2 heavy's with KGB and steak slaughtering millions of human beings driven by rage fûcking blood RAMPAGE! Medics that also dakka a shit ton of arrows not hitting anything without divine intervention, and rely on their ridiculous abundance of "random" crits. The soldier carrying a whip then picking up a fucking katana to slaughter those webob demos. Oh and let's not forget the 80 spy's that think they are good at the game and attempt fedora tipping MLG tactics but suck ass at it, and only get you when you are engaged with other opponents orrr they'll jump trying to stab you and instead watch as their foe falls to a "random" crit that just so happened to be the first and only thing the medic on his team actually hit with his crossbow that round.

I've seen immense amounts of immaturity in the division lately and it's driving me nuts. I hate having to go on the servers and I hate having to respond to the call admin bot. (Something that our MODERATORS do not do.) I may just quit TF2 in general, which I'm definitely doing when Overwatch comes out.

Egossi was never all that bad in my eyes, sure he could get annoying, but hey, everyone here gets REALLY fucking annoying at times. Wake up the next day with a big happy smile and get the fuck over it because we are all human and we need to love each other, be forgiving, and stop being bigoted bitches.
