Is there any reason as to why minigames isn't on the csgo list? It actually has a player base compared to surf, which is basically dead.

Please elaborate, because saying it's poop doesn't help at all. You mentioned how the credits makes it less fun, please explain why and maybe suggest a better solution to the problems you are having.

+1 Our staff roster is constantly getting smaller and smaller and some new additions would be great. Extremely active and is really mature when he actually tries.

I cant possibly see anything bad with being active and helpful in the community. Being a mod gives you powers to ban people from our servers, and shouldn't just be given to anyone. Being able to engage in discussion is a valuable asset as a staff member, and it also gives others a general idea of how you communicate with other people. Besides, you can get promoted without reaching the requirements. The 50posts/20hours is just for making an application.

A problem we are facing at the moment is that people call days without the !days menu, which honestly is just a mess for everyone involved. My suggestion would be to make a free day be available every 3/5 rounds, and then add the option to do additional days by paying x amount of credits(150 would be fine imo).

First off, i think !rtd is something closer to a 50% chance of getting something good out of it. I know that's the case for minigames, but I'm not sure about jailbreak. That being said, i think the biggest issue currently is how expensive it is. It's priced at 25 credits, which is about 25-75 minutes of gameplay depending on how lucky you get with the credit drops. Spending credits just to catch on fire isn't particularly fun, and even if you do get something good, it only lasts for a maximum of 10 minutes before its gone. I do agree that there should be a risk to it, but at the moment it just feels really off and like your credits are going to waste.

What is the point of the : ? It honestly just looks like you placed it there to confuse people. Idk man, seems like someone cant get over the fact that hes been demoted. Me and other staff members told you several times to remove your tags as they can potentially be seen as misleading. I've also seen you spam !slay, !kick and !ban in chat on several occurances.
