It is still freekilling, and if they go around shooting close to people its definitely not just an "accident". Swap them off of ct or give them a reasonable ct ban(EDIT: if it happens repeatedly).

I'm glad you aren't letting this guy get away with this shit. Game Server Rentals and Hosting :: Contacting us :: NFOservers from what i've seen/heard they are really helpful, might be worth a shot. Glad to hear there's at least some action taken against this fucker. It appears he is hosted on NFO (same provider as us). You might want to contact them and let them know and they will most likely shut the website down. Its a small victory, but at least it makes his life a bit harder. I'm fairly certain you can also report this to the authorities, but since i'm not American i have no idea where/how. Fuck this guy.

Isn't this basically why probationary mods exist in the first place? To make sure that they can actually be trusted with the responsibility that is given to them? @everyone else, please report this kind of behavior to your higher ups, and if you are in a position of power, don't be afraid to call them out/potentially punish them for it because this shit gives us a horrible rep and is a big no-no.
