This was the case, but I didn't have any effects on any of my weapons, is there a way to fix this so if I do have effects it doesn't bug out that that?

I was recently playing on the Pokemon Trade Server, when I noticed a bug with the Panic Attack when I would equip it. I'm not entirely sure if this is just a bug with the server, or with the actual weapon itself, so I came here first. In the demo I provided as soon as I equipped the Panic Attack, my model would bug out and keep re-equipping itself. There were also other problems too, such as me not being able to fire my weapons/swing my melee, I kept regenerating my health like I was constantly touching a supply cabinet, and the only thing that was able to kill me, were weapons that could kill me in one shot. Oddly enough this only affected me, and no one else. So it might be just a bug with me. broken_panic_attack.dem

Also, a suggestion I would like to make would be bringing in this one game mode, I can't remember the name of it, but theres two teams, and they race to the end by completing certain obsticles with certain classes. I'll see if I can find a video on it.

Would this server be replacing a pre-exsisting server that is empty for the majority of the time? Such as TF2ware, or GTS?

I'm not trying to say that it is manlyduck, I'm just trying to say it seems like that sort of thing with me.

I'm not sure where you got the idea that I said your name was critical or disrespectful, because I never said that once. The reason I brought up you saying names wouldn't matter, was because you were literally contradicting yourself. You do have control over a friend that cheats. It's called unfriending. The original report was on you and not your friend. You were the main suspect the entire time. So I don't know why you're trying to push the blame onto him. How was I able to tell if you had VAC bans? You're profile is set to private and the last time that you had it open to the public was about a month ago in your other ban appeal. You could have gotten VAC ban in that period of time. If you could provide an up to date profile screenshot, with the correct date, that would be very helpful in your argument, and get rid of the idea that you could have any VAC bans. Bans don't have the same process on community, it's the fact that you've been accused of cheating so many times makes it much more suspicious.

Names matter in the case of hackers. You literally just said it yourself, "names would never matter in the case of a cheater, unless the name was in someway derogatory" It may not be the strongest point, but it's defiantly a contributing factor. With the theme that you and your friend went with (the mechanics of the game, hitscan dan, headshot scott) are things that could easily be exploited through programs, which adding to the suspicion that you were using the programs. When I said etc., which by definition means, et cet·er·a et ˈsedərə/ adverb adverb: etcetera used at the end of a list to indicate that further, similar items are included So there wouldn't be a whole lot of other things, but since you asked, other examples could be friends, vac bans, having a private profile, bans on other servers/communities which you literally posted for us to see. There's really no reason to continue this part of the argument, because I never said that this was the main reason you were banned. All I said it was a contributed. The reason you got banned was because 4 staff came to a consensus that you were using hacks.

How can it be flawed of me being killed if I was in spectator during the event? It doesn't matter. With the given context of you being suspected of cheating, things like names, hours played, ect. can add suspicion to the case.

Playing with suspicious players that may or may not be cheating, is suspicious in itself. Usually when hackers have friends that are playing with them both tend to be cheating. And given that both you and headshot scott were making some pretty suspicious shots, it just adds more to the idea of you two cheating. Also naming yourself as game mechanics like "hitscan dan", and "headshot scott" does make it a bit more suspicious. From games that I've seen, both on xG servers, and in Valve Casual matches. Hackers name themselves something clever along the lines of what you and your friend did.

Plus, as I mentioned before he was pocketing "headshot scott" was getting some suspicious shots as sniper as well.

@sick41057 I'm trying to play the demos that I recorded, but the only one that's working is the one where bless was pocketing I believe a friend of his named "headshot scott", and given that this is a ban appeal for when bless was playing sniper, it would be irrelevant.

-1 We had 4 people recording while he was on Pokemon, Nutty, Elcark, Matteomax, and I. Killed 2 cloaked spies, made some very suspicios headshots, teamed up with others that were suspicious too.

-Get people from the clan to add voices to some of the traps (preferably more memorable people, such as higher ups) -Skeletons -B O N E L E S S Pizza -More skeletons -Make the map baby blue, gray, blue gray, and black (the xG colors) -Make the motivator some staff member threatening to ban That's all I got right now.

Updated the file a little bit, finished the grunts, and the shoves for the shortstop. Plus I also added a README instruction in the zip.

You would need to be able to get into the games files via 3rd party tools, because then I would be able to know which sound file is which for each line.
