This is mainly being brought up concerning all of the recent drama with how Zack responded to @Sylux and his trolling on the servers and how it is worthy of a ban rather than just a gag and what should be done. The main reasons for why his punishment should really be a ban are from how constantly toxic Zack can be on the server towards others players when he gets upset, which he does a lot for very little reason. Which has caused players to tend to go after him for his responses but most of time it's barely anything and is mainly just trying to kill him a lot in game (except for Sylux's case) which we still do have the friendly command, but this does not give him the right to be toxic back in return in chat or on mic. There is mainly a lack of a record from for the fact that staff has been fairly lenient towards him and have let him get away with barely any real punishment or warning, even when he responds just as bad as the person going after him. Which is why I believe that he should just receive a day ban or a serious warning as @Bello had said, so that it might actually convince him to stop his behavior as he will see some kind of real consequence. It was just a friend of mine who was on the server who comes on every once and a while and just saw that Zack was trying to get in contact with staff and told me that which was all he did, so I doubt that he really had any real relations to Zack so it does not really matter who he is and I know that I definitely do not care much for him at all so it does not really affect my stance. I just see it that you were purposely trying to annoy him and have done it in the past which does warrant some kind of punishment, but I also believe that Zack shouldn't leave this relatively untouched for how he responds

I'ma just start off my responses by saying my side of the situation. I had just logged onto tf2 when I had gotten a notification from a friend who was also on the server witnessing what was happening, who told me that sylux had been harassing zack with his binds. So I got to tgh and when I first get on the server I instantly hear basically the same thing over and over again which is zack yelling about how sylux should be banned for targeting him, trolling, and the such in game, which I do get his point that sylux had been trying to troll him, but we do have the friendly and client side mute which can be used for stuff as simple as this. What I saw on Sylux's side was that he was basically doing the bind and joking about zack complaining from him killing him and the bind, which for this it is still pretty bad, but it was still a bit overreaction on zacks side which he has done multiple times in the past and he definitely isn't really any better at times with his responses to people killing him or anything of the sort. So anyway I can instantly can tell that their argument was going nowhere as it was about something very basic and both were egging each other on so I warned them both to stop the fight now and not to talk to each other at all for the most part so that it would end the argument, otherwise I would gag them . Which they had stopped for about five minutes before Zack started going on again about how Sylux should be banned ignoring how I had told them both to stop, where sylux went on also calling zack a kid and saying how he is still talking to agitate zack so I decided to gag them both. Which after that Elcark joined and month banned sylux from previous offenses. Also about the binds and warning him, when I first had gotten there the binds did not appear to be that bad to warrant that much concern but after a while of seeing the situation go on and being told by other staff about how it is a bit too much I then did warn him not to use the bind, which shouldn't have mattered much anyway considering both were supposed to not be talking to each other in general to stop them from instigating. In my opinion they were both in the wrong here as you were fully aware about how you were egging him on and how he would respond to it, and how that does not give Zack an excuse to react the way he did either. So I see it that it should be -1 for unban but to me a week ban would be more justified considering both sides were at blame for the most part and it did not seem severe enough to jump from the previous day ban a year ago (yes I know that there is no decay and that he has had future altercations) to a month now, but then again everyone does have their own opinion for how bad something truly is so I do understand why others would see a month to be more suiting. Also about your ban request for Zack I would actually have to say +1 for atleast a day ban for some kind of real record, I know that he had received a day mute and does not get in trouble as much as you but he was not really any better with his reaction to Sylux's actions, and how this has happened multiple times in the past and never payed much mind for the most part.

Uhm yeah, just from reading what he had said to Virr i'd say +1 to remove him from xG. No one who acts like this should be allowed to be a representative of xG

You have had constant warnings in the past about being toxic, so this has been a long time coming and still isn't even that bad. You constantly complain in the game and try to start shit with people even after we have told you to stop. You do have the right to defend yourself but if staff still finds that you are in the wrong, then they have final say and you have to stop when they say so, which you did not. Plus it's only an hour so -1

Actually it has been considering virr said he can reapply on sep. 22 But that doesn't change the fact that I'm gonna -1 this post anyway, anytime that I have gone on the pokemon server and seen you on you have been nothing but cancerous and trolling. Also why can't you just put your age lol it ain't that hard man, it doesn't help you if you just say say "Enough." for it

Oh what I meant by that is like if someone's obviously ignoring what you said and is trying to just do this then you shouldn't have to give them another warning automatically and just see them laugh it off and continue for a bit. I get like saying the warning a few times in chat to get your point across in case they missed it

Yeah I've definitely faced that problem before so it would be nice if they implemented a system that if you like type @ the person's name in the warn it would save the warn and tell it to any staff member who joins for a certain amount of time before ending after a while, kinda like the ban save system that we have now but it only shows up for a limited amount of time. Also the idea about the hardban is kinda nice since it would definitely get the point across but like most things that you warn for people only need one warning before punishment and the all chat warn can't be muted so it does it job pretty well enough. No point in warning the person once in all chat and then with hardwarn when I could just kick them or slay them since if they ignore that then it's obvious they don't care and that does seem more annoying then kick and more likely that they will just get pissed and break the rules intentionally out of spite.

Atm we only got Sergeant Painus which is just painus cupcake's number one fan, but that ain't enough for me, so it's about time we get the REAL Painus Cupcake. So we should add Painus Cupcake and we should also add us a Cuddly Heavy cuz I could always use some more love. @Bello

Eh I gotta go with them on +1 for unban, going off what eclark said staff really needs to take in consideration that not everyone knows the commands for !staff or rules since most servers are different than ours with commands and the such, also the fact that every five minutes a little notification comes up sometimes saying these tips but that really isn't an excuse. All in all what I'm saying is not everyone know's the rules and they don't always know if someone's hacking or not especially if they are good at aiming so you shouldn't jump to instant ban and ask them what it was about first, especially if you are on the server when they calladmin

Also I'ma just emphasize that you aren't actually banned on anything as far as I can tell from searching your steam id in our ban records, that is unless I'm missing something, so otherwise someone close this thread

Aye it's great to hear that you found your soon to be wife on our servers, and also we'd love to have you in our community! Also you were not banned in the past or anything and if you are talking about our steam group then I'll send you a friend request so that I can add you to the steam group. Or if you are talking about being a member on our forums and servers then to do that you just gotta be active on the servers and get to know people and then make a member application thread here on the forums eventually.
