Mods should be the most active out of all the staff on the server(the high it goes that duties of the staff go more behind the scenes). Rabid has the activity(on the jb server) as that of lith. Rabid told me that a mod doesnt need to be on the server unless called(if there is a group of staff members that are active which are jaydow, oj, and odin). You shouldnt be a mod unless you are active(in my opinion). The whole point of being a mod is to handle the day to day issues on the said server., and you are not on 6/7 of the days. You(rabid) would be a better dm/admin/dl because you would work behind the scenes. Now, I just have to wait for someone to say that I am completely wrong. :)

If u dont have proof of the second part it didnt happen as far as the abuse goes. But the vote is bullshit and that should never have happened. I think this is clear abuse and if u have evidence of snowy giving high gravity of the small/large thing, then you should put it in here. Just because the server votes someone off it doesnt mean him/her has broken a rule which means that they have no reason to be kicked from the server. This is a clear violation of the admin handbook(or atleast I think it is). I(not really having any say in this) think that she should be warned or(because this is abuse, and abuse should not be tolerated) she should be demoted. @SnowyMinion @BelloWaldi Snowy, what do you have to say, and bello what would you do?

He has done these things(breaking the rules; massing, freekilling) before when he knows people are not recording and when there are no staff on. Then when staff are on he acts like he knows the rules and follows them when he really doesnt. I think a 2 week ban is necessary. He also says that he "reads the rules once per week" which I think is bullshit. +1 For temp ban/last warning
