Finally this guy decided to make an application being actually active on Jailbreak and sometimes on Pokemon Trade. A:8 M:9

-1 I've seen this guy on poketrade and I think surf as well and as @Vixen said you're obviously spamming binds and disrespecting staff. A:6-7 M:1

I'm going to say that it's only a day ban, so it's not too much to worry about. Second, if @YeEternalTuna was actually on the server at the time you used the !calladmin command then his ban was completely justified. (Abusing calladmin is an immediate 1 day ban.)

What??? Factions is a great gamemode that is based around building teams and gathering resources, etc. Why would you think it's a bad idea? I mean, fast games would do much better, but factions is still a populated gamemode.

I mean, it doesn't always work. It's 50/50 since sometimes many of those trying to populate the server end up leaving cause it gets boring with the same people every round.
