I will discuss the age requirements for the mod application with the tf2 division higherups, and either rework it for all mod apps, or just tf2 specifically.
 
For the time being as there seems to be a lot of support for her, I'll allow this application to stay up in the mean time.
 
Also, @Kypari they asked me if the thread can stay up due to thunderlimes being a previous mod in the past, and none of the higherups would have an issue in that scenario. It is on me for not clarifying the rules so you need to try to understand the thinking process behind our decision of thunderlimes without just thinking everything must be black + white. If I'm looking for someone who is interested in being a moderator and have specific guidelines, but they have a proven track record, it is obvious that letting that user still make a post is fine. It's not really that hard to understand.

Ignore the post I had made previously, I had made it as I was just waking up so I was just really confused. We will talk over changing the age requirement, maybe lowering it to the same age as our membership requirement (13) so that everyone gets a fair chance. For now, if there is anyone you feel should be a moderator, please feel free to recommend them to a staff member/higher up. We're always looking for recommendations on staff.

I've been wanting to apply for mod for about a week now but I cant because I'm only 15. I turn 16 May 26. This is just me talking but I almost at the level of maturity where I could apply. I don't think we should do it on age restriction anymore. Doing it by maturity would be a good idea. I have also met members who want to get staff, and they are pretty mature, but don't meet the age requirement.
 
But back to Amy's app, +1 Would make good addition to staff team.

Okay so I want to first off start this by saying:
@Vexx you made the biggest mistake by allowing Thunderlimes to make his staff application EVEN THOUGH he was under age aka not meeting the current requirements to make a staff app.
Im not doing this to start drama but I myself think amy is super fit to become staff but if she doesnt meet the age requirement then she should be able to make this app.
This is extremely unfair as I see it as favortism because there are people in the past , that I have seen, attempt to get moderator or thought about getting it but couldn't do so due to the age requirement needed. If anyone reading this is wondering wants to read the rules for creating staff submissions click here.
Like if we're going to have this rule we might as well remove it because if we're going to allow stuff like this to happen then theres no point in that rule being there.
Now you might be ready to say ''That rule is only to ensure that the person applying are mature so if we know they're mature then its fine.''
No, it isnt because it makes it look like you're telling every other person that was under age that they are immature and unfit for the position and that since they weren't staff before then they don't have the right to make an app.
Again if this is going to become a thing where its like ''Oh since I saw someone else do it I can do it as well'' then you might as well remove the rule OR lower the age requirement because I just think this makes it look like we're biased.
Again I'm not here to start some sort of war I just think its stupid to favor certain apps because they were staff members before.

I apparently got banned along with 2 other people for the same reason: "trolling, toxicity." Hm.
 
1. We werent trolling, we were just having debatable topics amongst ourselves, and those who didn't like it did have the choice not to say anything
 
2. We weren't being toxic in any way, and anything said to other players were jokes. Im sorry you couldn't handle jokes but there's no need to go off of the term "toxic"
 
I do have a couple witnesses who can explain what happened, and also there was staff online at the time that did not see us as troublesome. This was cleary a report made by someone who couldn't handle a bit of fun being had by a few players.

I'd hardly consider half of the things you were doing or saying 'having fun' especially when a good bit of it was racist, in poor taste, or just outright ridiculing people along with those two others. You've also had a day ban in the past for trolling around before by Vexx and such. Now, I came to Pokemon because I heard from Dethman people were being particularly rowdy there and saying some really nasty things, and I managed to hear quite a bit during my time there. I even have a demo of some of it so I'll post that at the bottom here. There was more before this including stuff like "how is talking about bombing china or japan racist" or the occasional n-bomb from Fred and more according to Dethman as well, but after I showed this demo to Vexx and talked about it it was decided Fred would get a month ban and the other two a week. Some people didn't really have much of a choice since every time I see Fred on with his friends they're usually always picking people out to have fun at the expense of or creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere.

Bsor is fine. It's a very nice map in my opinion and I'm tired of seeing "remove this map" votes. I don't understand why everyone complains about removing maps when I know when we DO clean the maplist people will just complain that there's not enough maps. I like bsor a lot personally, it has a nice aesthetic and really fits on a trade server, like ours. I say this a lot but, a measurement of "fun" in your eyes isn't exactly a reason to keep or remove a map, the map has 0 bugs or problems that I can see and I would rather see it stay on the server. It's the only map I think we're going to get that has the entirety of Bomb-omb battlefield, and still have spawns fair enough to actually consider it a trade map.

Does he have every right to make a member submission? Yes, but everyone else has the right to point out the problems this individual conveyed. Throwing insults at others because they have a point and want it explained is sad. Also

I've had problems in the past with reiki past but i do agree he has improved. I wouldn't mind him being a member, but i want Reiki to understand that what he says has consequences.

I'll stay neutral on this. While Reiki has improved, they still show signs of passive-aggressiveness when confronted or when they get angry at something.

How long xg has grown. Indeed it has. Well I wanna contribute more to the servers and help out on other servers. Also I've been in XG tf2 community servers for a long time ( Not pulling a Donakonda ) and I didn't apply because you guys already had good mods that you didn't need me. But since people get buzy with life and other situations, The Xg staff community has been losing some good people. I hope to continue contributing to this great community further more.
