This is far from the first time I've had to warn either of you two about this behavior. If you genuinely do not understand how using a bind for the sole purpose of trying to agitate another player could be against the rules to not disrespect or troll someone then I don't even know where to begin. When someone is clearly upset for you doing such, how is it hard to understand to respect their wishes and not be a prick to them? You've continued this incredibly toxic behavior both in the past, present, and in between and have been warned about it a mindful number of times. You are always responsible for your past grievances especially when you haven't changed from the behavior that lead to them at all. When these punishments that were placed against you in the past clearly did not affect this behavior that you are still displaying, a more severe punishment is the only thing that could be put in place. A slap on the wrist didn't work before, why would it work now? If someone is bothering you and aren't breaking rules, you can clientside mute them. If they are breaking rules, you can report them. At no point should you ever try to "strike out" back at them. You clearly don't understand that.

I would absolutely love this so long as I can actually make it, which wouldn't really be likely unless it started a bit earlier (I wouldn't be on after 8pm central). A small smidget, any chance of having this not be an exclusively jailbreak event? In other words, would it be plausible to have it rotate occasionally every few weeks to different servers such as freak fortress, the rotation server, or even god forbid zombie fortress (and if so is that something anyone would even want or would it be better kept as jailbreak exclusively)?

+1 As was said, can be incredibly toxic. Nights has extreme issues with insulting and harassing people when they either disagree with him or don't do what he expressively wishes. He acts condescending in relation to just about everything and seemingly places himself on a pedestal above others. In servers nights can be fairly mellow, but when he gets upset over something his behavior just takes a turn for the worst.

-1 There was a general warning given out to not instigate other players, which warnings are always meant for the entirety of the server yet you took immediate offense to it. You choose willingly to try and start a fight with kypari when it should have been simple enough to accept and understand that instigating with others is something that should not occur and is easy to avoid. Frankly, you have a ridiculous history of complaining and throwing around passive aggressive comments nearly every single time you join the servers. Whenever you are addressed about this, instead of trying to better yourself you choose instead to turn your aggression towards whoever is trying to quell such issues. Now there is nothing wrong with having a complaint or grievance with someone or something, but the rate at which you nigh constantly aggravate such serves to create a toxic environment for others that they would otherwise want to avoid, which is why you've been warned about toning it down in the past. You really need to work on your issues with complaining, attempting to either directly or indirectly agitate others, and disrespecting authority.

So it's been some time since you've last been around, time enough to improve on the maturity issues you've had in the past. I haven't seen you at all since you've come back back and would like to here what others would possibly have to vouch for you. All this would usually keep me from voicing my less direct opinion but my attention is drawn to one thing. You've been punished more than once in just the last week for using a voice changer, something you'd not only clearly be aware shouldn't be done, but you'd actually have to purposefully go out of your way to do. It makes it hard to not inference that you haven't done or had any real intention of improving your lack of maturity and care at all. So yeah, -1

I can't say I know what you did directly that resulted in you being banned, but I had informed sora myself that your next offense with your issues over both the mic and in text chat was to receive a ban. You had been muted and gagged yesterday and kicked today for continuing it still, despite being warned multiple times about spamming as well as burping or otherwise being obnoxious over the microphone. We have a very straight forward system where when you are breaking the server rules you will be warned, muted or gagged, kicked, and then banned in that order if you persist to do so. I'm not sure why you would be so surprised that you would be banned for doing something you had already been warned and punished for a multitude of times.

I think you're a bit confused as to just what being a member means, and as to the process in which one is promoted to staff. I'd highly recommend you read the guide linked by virr as well as This if you haven't as well as This . After all, reading is sometimes the best way to familiarize yourself with how things work, and there can be plenty to learn. In terms of this application here, you seen to be on a fair bit and at least have a basic understanding of the rules for the surf server. I can't say too much in terms of your maturity, but you haven't done anything outstandingly negative. You do seem to at least a bit eager to prevent rule breaking as well from what I've seen on the server, and I think you have a desire to just try and better things in general. So the plugin auto-bans people based on ip, and i'm assuming it's perm bans specifically? That's pretty neat to say the least, great way to deal with alt accounts.
