It has been a fairly bumpy road with more then one point I thought you were going to dig your own grave with how you could be on the servers, but I think you've made it clear it will never reach that point. You may have caused issues here and there and not be the most mature person around but you've shown yourself to be very respectful when you need to be to make up for it. In the end dolphin is just here to have a fun time for himself and everyone else and hasn't caused too much of a ruckus to prevent him from being fit for member. +1 A:10 M:6

-1 not just cause I personally enjoy the map from time to time but because this is far from the bottom of the barrel in terms of disliked maps on tgh that should be removed due to poor popularity (remove darktower when?) or poor map quality (fucking mmm). Most people I hear comment when we go there exclaim it as a more appealing iteration of bunker due to the aesthetics of the map and while I could go into my thoughts on the vocal minority ruling these kinds of votes it doesn't make much of a difference as people will always be much louder about what they dislike then what they do and that will heavily influence decisions. There are two issues the map does suffer from being the music (Which I swear hasn't been as loud as before lately? No idea there) and if there was a way to disable that then a number of complaints would vanish instantly. The other being the obvious issues with interaction between players due to the large map size but this only comes into play when there are less people on the server. It's not unheard of for a map quality to fluctuate as the population waxes and wanes taking cyberpunk 2_2 into consideration which seems to have a level of enjoyment that decrease as the serve population grows due to how small and cluttered the map is, and also taking bunker into example again which similarly to seabed becomes better with more people and just a snooze fest with less. All in all I think there's a great number of maps that are far more worth removing and over all less enjoyed by the majority populace but they are forgotten about due to the lack of the server actually going to them as often as we go to seabed (again, because people actually enjoy going to seabed enough to rtv going there as opposed to these other maps).

So I'm assuming this is going after the offender for hitting on the ramps, in which case i'm wondering why you aren't reporting the others that did so as well in the video. I also am really not fond of you and others purposefully standing on the ramps like that as it encourages people to attack just like this but that's more of a personal pet peeve. Anyways, I'd be for just giving him a solid warning for this unless there is some knowledge that this person has been made aware of not doing this beforehand.

There has been a subtle, but notable issue for some time now and it has become regrettable our staff needs to act more self aware in regards to. To clarify, I'll borrow a page from the Staff Manual; Staff should remain unbiased and try to not show any favoritism Staff should be something like a third unbiased opinion on things. Showing favoritism to certain players will result in a removal of your powers. Staff are fully expected to remain as neutral as possible in all matters regarding the servers and we pride ourselves as a community for the equal and welcoming way all players are treated. This becomes an issue for the community as a whole when individuals are given the impression they are not treated as fairly as certain others. There has been an alarming number of cases not only brought to attention from people who feel this way but sometimes so common place it is done openly and not even given a second thought. These issues range from being more lenient towards friends when it comes to behavior and "edging" rules, giving higher priority to the concerns of certain people, purposefully targeting and being harsher on those you find less favorable, to flat out ignoring others breaking rules while turning a blind eye. This cannot be tolerated at this point. Staff are presented with a significant amount of trust and independence, making it much more severe when they break this trust. This is true even when it isn't always intentional, which is why it is going to be much more important for staff to more attentively moderate themselves to avoid any such issues from continuing. If it is found they do, action will be taken at this point. There doesn't seem to be an existing ban for your account or ip either past or present. There was a recent ban for a duplicate account that appears to be an obvious alt which can be seen here but as far as I can tell isn't connected to you at all. Is this an account you were using? I really like surprises of this nature, probably more then most people, but I don't think keeping anything secret is going to help the population at all. If anything doing that would create an effect similar to the pyro update did where everyone is going to be discouraged by what seems like a never moving project and simply telling people to expect something new has too strong a chance to come off as hollow promises. If you want people to start coming on again I think it would be much better to give them something tangible to be excited for as opposed to just telling them to stay tuned for something that has sadly been a very slow development progress in the past.

I may go on a bit of a rant here so feel free to disregard this as the ramblings of a madman. When it comes to how people are on the servers, some people seem to forget how their own attitudes affect everyone else. Our members and regulars form the backbone of this clan and it's servers. As such, they are the people new comers look up to as the posters boys (and girls) of sorts of the place. Because of this it is the behavior of our more prominent members on the servers that is seen as the norm to everyone else, which leads to them interpreting that however they act is the way to be around here. So when people are "shittalking" and often acting unfriendly or even flat out rude, it only encourages everyone else to do the same. It is rather irritating to see people behave in such a careless mannerism themselves but quickly jump on anyone seen as less prominent when they act in the same way. As a community, we set the example of how to interact on the servers. As a community, we are responsible for improving our own act if we want the greater population to improve as well. tldr if people want the servers to start having more positive attitudes about them then they need to take initiative to have more positive attitudes on the servers themselves.
