I would be the idiot and decide to wear them, but then end up breaking them or losing them. if i were you id just sell them, buy a cheaper pair of glasses that you like, and pocket the extra money for whatever else you want.

I was complaining to my Mom that driving on a sunny day sucks for me because I don't have glasses. She tells me she bought Ray-Bans for 10$ at some garage sale 3 years ago because they looked nice.
Of course, I didn't believe her. She then brought these out:

So without hesitation I immediately accepted them and continuously thought to myself, "Who sells Ray-Ban Aviators for 10$ at a garage sale?"
Out of curiosity, I checked if these were vintage. I did research myself on how to point out authentic Ray-Ban Aviators from replicas, and had a friend who has a hobby doing that kind of shit look at it for me.
Sure enough, they are vintage from 1973. Once again, I find myself thinking, "Who the hell sells vintage Ray-Ban Aviators from the 70's for 10$ at a garage sale?"
Later, I find out these glasses worth 250$ without the case, and 400$ with the case. As you can see in this picture, there is a case, and the original mail-in warranty flier that came with.
Now I am completely baffled. Some dumbass sold VINTAGE 1970's RAY-BAN AVIATORS IN GREAT CONDITION THAT ARE WORTH 400$ FOR 10$ AT A GARAGE SALE!!
 
So the point of this thread is I want some opinions on whether I should sell these now, or keep them for a long time and have them triple in value.
 
Or just be an asshole and wear them.

I had just started playing CSGO, and I was curious what Jailbreak was like so i joined a random server and it happen to be Xg Jailbreak. Everyone was so nice and I got to know everyone. then my dude Sizzle told me all about xG and I ended up joining. Love u guys <3

I was finding a good surf sever..them I found a good one.
Xenogamers. remember the map. Surf_revolution.
 
I started kill everybody....them someone broke the Cristal...the shield turn off... And someone said in mic ( don't CAP)
 
In that moment ... My English was Extremely basic. So I tought. He said (DONT CAMP)
 
After that he put a message... But I didn't see it, cause I got disconnected. (thanks Peruvian internet ) so when I rejoined.I decided cap the point....I was happy cause I wanted to change the map.... But received a ban for a day. I'm my first day PLOP!
 
One week later I decided play surf again...I came back at Xenogamers. I got surprise. Cause anyone was there... The server was complete empty... Dead... I was close to leave. But the map change to Surf Mesa.(Good surf map) them I tought ... OK let's nominate something good....I saw only 7 or 9 maps
I said myselft "Haaaay concha De Mono".. I felt alone...So Them someone arrived ...

I'm only said:hi.... Few seconds later he left T_T ..them other guy came ....I remember his name .. Chicken panda (the staff who banned me) he used to play at Surf server . He was active
 
he asked me... "do you like this server?"
I was confused . Cause my English was extremely basic to answer... But I was Enoght to understand. I said:" yes .. Needs maps.i like trails.and bhop "

It was Extrenly hard for me made that map request.... You don't know how hard. I only had 2 months of English.
 
After that... They added my maps. .. In that moment I decided. Don't leave this server.
 
2 months later....he came back and he talked to me about If I wanted be a member...
 
I said yes (without understand anything again)

I want to tell more... But I'm tired now.... It took me 2h to wrote this.

I found Jailbreak. Made some friends (@Diamonde). And I made an account, but found out I was too young to even apply as a member, so I stuck around for a bit. Here we are.

So, this is a story all about how... I was looking for a VSH server after another VSH server I played/micspammed on (micspamming was allowed, don't look at me like that) shut down, and xG's was one of the only one left. Everyone else had updated to FF2. My internet was ass at that point, so less downloads = more shooty big guy in sweet sweet 200+ ping. After seeing the sweet destructive forces of homing Bonk balls and flying Pyros, I decided this would be my go to VSH server.
After playing there for a while I met a Scottish lag lad name of @Rejects (@Hachi helped too...) who actually got me to sign up for the site about a year or so later.
 
And here I am now, as big of a dingus as I was nearly 3 years ago.

I was fighting a random dude on a clocktown server but the server crashed, I tried to rejoin but it took me to our clocktown server. But, the second I joined, the map changed to the old, snipery boat spawn having, wall clip and texture missing delfino plaza. (I would tag their forum names here but you'll just have to guess what their names were back then/whether they still exist) Tacoj, TwoZeroFour, Lingo the dingo, Priggles, Giggy, Ghost_Ryder, and Overvisor, were all there the very first time I joined the server. I was there for six hours and didn't do shit. And loved it.... this was the third day of that summer, and I spent on average 9 hours a day there the rest of the summer. I was in a new town and didn't know anyone, and barely left the house.
 
 
 
Then long story short I made a forum account when the server kept screwing up on minecraft Skyloft (RIP SWEET MEME PRINCE) and had to make a bug report. The rest is history.
