because I'm a dipshit and have heinzsight like a bitch as to what i should have said after i said it. Is a kick anything liek a ban at all? Are you honestly going to demote someone because of a kick and being antagonized to do so? Had darkwolf banned him i honestly would say yes. What he did was wrong but he kicked the guy. Kicking him while skipping step one is wrong should not constitute a demotion. Had he banned, demotion would be The direction to go.

It has everything to do with this. this is the nth thread now on darkwolf, and it is under the same exact reason, not following a strict procedure when giving out punishments. please, think before you post.

He didn't punish him for the disrespect. He punished him for spam (Which he didn't do). AND he straight up lied to hiding master

Take a second to look at the demo Hiding Master posted, it clearly shows that I was kicked with no warning. You should look at the evidence before blindly commenting, also it's not really my goal to disrespect I do the same thing with everyone.

You still have not proved to me how Shadowspy being demoted by MULTIPLE DIVISION MANAGERS (Not just darkwolf) after BEING WARNED (atleast from what I heard by forest) has ANYTHING to do with an ABUSE thread on DARKWOLF.

Alright, although the steps were skipped, I feel that any previous offenders that have offended offensively within the past x amount of time should be exempt from said rules. Someone who spams is put on the radar for most of the staff and when they act up they are punished immediately, and that makes sense to me. If he was doing this to new players constantly, that is an issue, but for someone who has a history of spamming and DarkWolf not dealing with his crap early on, it seems that it's more justified then anything.

Push for change in the handbook for frequent offenders. Then threads like this can die down.

You need to fix the rules for disrespect. Technically what Jacob did was COMPLETELY allowed.
