Make sure to check out my 9gay profile! My username is obeythemaymays. Step 1: Learn how to get on the website. The hardest part. The url is 9gag.com. Step 2: Make an account. Just make one then verify it through your email. Step 3: Make a funny le meme. I will provide pictures on how to do this. Click the upload button, then click meme.
