BallsDeep69 0 Posted April 8, 2015 Division: Team Fortress 2 In-Game Name: [ò_Ó) Offender's Steam ID: Steam Community :: [ò_Ó) Rules Broken: Capping when not allowed Evidence: This person had capped the point many times before as well (unfortunately I don't have evidence for those), and this was the third time(as far as I'm aware) that he/she capped the point. Each and every time he/she does this many people try to tell him/her to get off the point, but he/she never listens. Also this person had many numerous attempts to cap the point before.
