With everything happening to me so quickly, I really need sometime to mull over things that have been occurring. Specifically Downview and Blackops. Both these maps aren't built for TF2 and are hard to have a decent day in them due to the fact that they don't contain many of the mini-games the average TF2 jailbreak map would have, like crush game, fall game, 9 sqaure, ect. These maps contain extremely narrow door ways, evil doors that kill people, and are easy to rebel and break into armory with. Nearly every time I've played on those maps it was a freeday. These maps don't belong in a TF2 jailbreak server. Please remove them.

Wicked sick. Does anyone know of an existing somewhat up-to-date Steam Group that includes Staff only? If not, I think each Division Leader (or Division Manager) should make a Steam Group for their particular Division that has every Staff Member in it. Could then just throw up any new additions or rules in an announcement that everyone will get to ensure everyone is on the same page

I believe it just blocks the cmd from going through, like how gag and mute work.... it would be cool if instead it changed what they sprayed to a predetermined spray of something like "you have been spray banned see xenogamers.com for info" but idk I'm sure you could modify it to message them in private that they are banned from spraying when it's triggered

A lot of people seem to be misunderstanding my intentions with this thread, so I'm just going to clarify again; this entire thread only applies under the following conditions: 1. There is no Staff Member online 2. A Staff Member cannot get online to enforce against inappropriate spray(s) 3. A Player/Member wishes to take matters into their own hands by posting a Ban Request 4. A player had an inappropriate spray, but is no longer on the Server (though honestly shouldn't be worth chasing after) I am not suggesting a new way to enforce rules ingame, this sort of thing should only occur on the forums when the aforementioned conditions have been met. While it's true that they simply don't have to spray anymore, the likelihood of it happening may still be high as I know of a handful of "games" that Wardens like to do that involve utilizing sprays (IE. Spray contest). As I mentioned earlier, this whole thing is just a precautionary measure that applies to Players/Members, not Staff Members. A "what-if" scenario, so to speak.

im just glad i dont have to deal with this shit on csgo. i mean it sucks we dont have sprays but its probly for the better so i dont have to see furry porn or nasty bullshit sprays so its good.

I believe phoenix was a great addition to the mod staff as he has literally been here for over a year and has plenty of experience as far as rules go. The forum post count doesnt factor much into my decisions because posting 'lol' in a thread does not show me that you know ANYTHING about moderating / staffing a server. I believe that requirement is more to prove that the person has been around long enough to know better in any and all situations, and I do not consider it a make or break factor in promotions. That being said, Diversion has simply not been here long enough to properly, and efficiently moderate the server while keeping an unbiased attitude simultaneously, and the rest of the staff seems to have a similar opinion on the matter. Let me be clear Phoenix did NOT receive moderator simply because he was our "friend", despite being only 13 posts short of 50, he is a staple in our TS channel, and more than active and knowledgeable enough on the server and on the concept of how this place operates. Closed again, simply because the point is moot. Diversion isnt ready, he can re apply when he is a better candidate. Also - Lying on a staff application isnt going to get you anywhere.
