Also, did you happen to ASK about membership? Not just automatically say "you aren't in xG hurr hurr hurr"
(You know, ask for a membership submission, or look into forums at all? Idunno)

First off, who gives a fuck if he's rude sometimes? It's the internet get over yourselves. Everyones going to be rude, this isn't a fucking Utopian society we're in and if you truly believe that then get your head out of your ass. You guys are saying he's "trolling" when he plays, well the fucking immature kids above me posting irrelevant shit on this thread are in a sense trolling too so stop being hypocrites.
 
Second, I get it, he evaded a ban and yes, under no circumstances are you allowed to do that otherwise it is a permanent ban, I get that, but as someone already stated he donates and he knows the rules (going from what I read, haven't been on steam or xG servers for well over a year) so why wouldn't this guy be trusted for a second chance? Yes, he was a dumbass to leave the game and evade the ban, then come back on a different account and in no way should that be tolerated, but why the fuck was he banned in the first place. He did initiate a vote to see if people didn't mind, and he did get over 70% yes, so I'm still confused on why he was originally banned...
 
Last, for those of you who don't know me, I'm easy (EZKill), been a part of xG for about 3 1/2 years, I've been around since Operation Paperclip which 95% of you have no clue what it is, was an admin for about 1 1/2 years then left xG because of schooling, and I was busy with friends and relationships and whatnot, I had a lot of time played on the servers, and really used to be active on teamspeak, but I stopped coming around indefinitely around August last year since I had College. I resigned from admin in June of 2014 and have been in and out of the forums ever since. That's my life story here at xG, thanks.
 
Btw, as of now, I give this guy a +1 on having no ban, since I have no clue why the ban was initiated in the first place...

can css members vote if I still play on tf2 servers? if not ignore this, but +1 for unban. it was 1 AM jb and on css when its 1 am we are usually just fucking around. and to add to it he was a new player and even admitted that he did something wrong. i feel like a freekill is barely worth an hour ban, very much less a day ban.

i am unsure of how active you have been, but you have def been more active than i have on forums. my activity in game has been almost every day CS:S has been populated since like march or something save for half of july. to be fair though i feel like the only reason i got promoted is css was dying in the period that i got promoed and i guess i havent done anything to get demoted :p

I have read every post. And from what I can tell this seems to be a bit of a feud. Both sides are guilty, CLs will take care of it and punish as they see fit.
 
But the attitude in general needs to change. You hate somebody? Don't talk to them.You got a problem? Bring it to a higher up. That's what they're there for. I had problems with other members. Know what I did? I FUCKING IGNORED THEM AND WENT ON WITH MY LIFE. Now I don't see them on forums and if they're in game I don't talk to them. But I guess logic like that comes with maturity.
 
I've straight up wanted to quit MULTIPLE times because of the toxic environment of this fucking clan but I don't because I'm misogynistic. Every where I turn is someone posting shit about someone else. People leaving because things went to far and no one stopped it. That's not right. Instead of saying, "That's just how it is." How about you fucking make a difference so people don't feel attacked and this shit won't happen and we can go back to playing games like we're supposed too.

Jesus, I woke up to find an assload of notifications waiting for me. Took me 30 minutes to read all the replies and ratings to my stuff, (And apparently I found out I'm a furry somehow. Weird how that works,) and I feel like nothing was accomplished in that time.
 
Anyways, I think it's pretty clear that EVERYONE has had their say in this terrible matter. (Unless there are any of the moderators who haven't given their two cents yet that I may have missed.) Does this thread really need to be open any longer?
 
+1 to have the thread closed so the CLs may adequately address the issue and come to a solution. I think everyone has given their two cents and now a decision can be reached.

A some portion of this can be passed off as 'joking around,' for example the ratings. But, other things such as photo-shopping pictures, harassing her, and claiming said photos as her is another thing. Especially when you know she feels uncomfortable about these kind of things. You may have your little disagreements, but as either staff members or mere members of the same clan - get along. If you can't do that, just realize that we're a community trying to prosper and grow. Berating your own fellow clan members isn't helping anyone other than you possibly getting a laugh out of it. If you two must not speak to each other, fine, so be it. I realize Kitty may have done things also, but honestly. Any personal problems with Kitty being a moderator should be - and will be - dealt with the division's DM/DL. (So, attempt to keep this thread on topic) Soon, I will post my full opinion on this subject later. I'll speak to @Nomulous and anyone else later if they need my opinion on it.

I have no idea how to express what I am feeling when it comes to this post. I really don't.
 
I guess I'll just start it off bluntly. From my experiences thus far, I have no inherent issues with any of the moderation staff of xG. I rather enjoy their company for the most part. But when I see something like this literally rock-slide out of control, it makes me take a step back and take a good, hard look at the xG servers as a whole.
 
I like you guys. I really do. But there are times when I am facepalming myself so hard I nearly give myself a concussion. The maturity levels of some of our moderators, at times, seems to be extremely underwhelming. There have been many times that I have been in a server and chose to disconnect due to the content being spewed over the voice chat by those who have the power to kick other players. Sometimes, I just don't want to be in the same server as some of you. But, I don't want you guys to think I am trying to stir the pot. I am just being honest.
 
It would seem to me that there needs to be some sort of revolution with the way staff conducts themselves. Some more than others, of course. But for the most part, our staff here do what needs to be done, but there are those moments where things escalate and words are said that do not help the situation at all. Sometimes, it feels like the moderators forget that the other people playing on the servers are, in fact, other people.
 
I consider myself a pretty level-headed individual. I think logically before I speak and try to avoid hasty decisions. I process the possible outcomes of every scenario before I take action. I always try to resolve conflict with open communication. Any time I have an issue with someone, the first thing I try to do is contact that individual so I may directly speak with them. @Mitsu and @Hachi can probably vouch for me on that. I've been known to be an ass, but when I'm an ass and it upsets someone, I am quick to try and fix the problem. I own up to the situation and take responsibility for my actions. I'm not perfect, but I have a pretty good track record of cleaning up my messes.
 
It would seem to me that the moderators need to find that innate ability to own up for their mistakes. EVERYONE makes mistakes, and when those mistakes go uncorrected, the head begins to fester until it bursts. This brings me to the situation at hand. The situation makes me feel a lot of feelings for a lot of the people involved. I feel upset that this rift has been created among the staff. I feel sorry for @Kittylicious and the position she has been placed in. I feel sorry for the other moderators that have been put in this situation and have to defend their actions. I feel sorry for @Nomulous because of the awkward situation it has put him in. It is just a proverbial shitpile. NOTHING good will come of this.
 
But I have chosen to stand and help. I have chosen to remain in the middle, waiting until someone calls on me to referee the situation. I want to help EVERYONE involved on both ends and I want to see a sound resolution to these issues. I teach second graders. I see this kind of stuff DAILY. I can safely say that I am an EXCELLENT mediator when it comes to personal problems, so if ANYONE needs to talk to me about the issue, my door is always open.

@Hidingmaster when hub is up make sure that there's some kind of chat box message stating very clearly something like "Type !hub to get access to trails, hats and more!" maybe in a different colour to make it stand out clearly. And give everyone who joins the server like 500 credits to start off with or at least enough to buy a trail. Having access to something like that straight away will be more likely to make people wanna stay.

Why is everyone bashing on hiding he is trying to help the community and all of you are being so negative like it affects you or something. You're not paying for the servers so leave it alone. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it should get closed down. There are other people who are so happy that CSS isn't closing down. Think about other people too, not just yourself.
