Ok, so far I see you are confused on the promo demo process. CLs do not create the lists, the lists are given to us and we approve of them. Following that train of thought, we did not approve of starmix because we like him more, most of the cls either have met him once or never, so that's not exactly favoritism. As for the clan management and such, (and i know im beating a dead horse, but im still angry about it) nom himself has made his fair share of mistakes, pretty big ones, that he got away with, so i don't think thats exactly ideal for running a community ( the thread im referring to Nomulous - Team Fortress 2 | Xeno Gamers )
And for the issue of the punishments themselves, harassment isn't exactly the best thing to be taken lightly as it can lead to much worse things, so a punishment was in order, not a simple "I've talked to x and he promised never to do it again" as for you not be promoted, the anger you display to us cls shows us that you have not calmed down from the event, and leads us to believe that you haven't "cooled off" yet, and need a bit more time, and your constant disrespect towards us doesn't exactly help your cause. And lastly if you had forgiven moosty, or anyone else for that matter, why make a thread calling for punishment if you didn't want x to be punished anyway?

So, being AFK 50% of the time is not really active. Putting up a member protest for 5 or so people who are all still more active then you, isn't really friendly.
Lastly, you never really were "dedicated" at all. Where you ever on TeamSpeak? Even @CoolyCooly has more time on TeamSpeak.

So with all that, what makes you think we ever planned to give you mod back, which is a privilege, not a right. you don't get mod just for playing on servers, you get it for being respectful and enforcing the rules.

Before when bombs were taken off people wanted them back and now people wanted them off but because of Large Bombs. Let's find a middle ground.

Hey all, the title is exactly what this post is all about. For those of you who are not aware, the CS:S Servers are in bad shape. Like, bad. Very bad. So bad, that if you were to compare it to George Thorogood's "
", it would sound like " ". 
For the moment, this thread is merely a proposal and nothing solid will be happening just yet. What I (or rather, the CS:S Division) hope to achieve is a regularly scheduled time in which Players/Members can know without a doubt that someone will be on. It is as simple as that, no hook or hidden agenda. It will be during a time of the day (the community will agree on) every day until Servers see a noticeable improvement.
 
Now, the whole idea behind this is that (as I mentioned) Players will know when the Server is populated and will therefore be more likely to hop on and play a few rounds. After a period of time, eventually it will become the norm and hopefully result in a group of regulars who play during that time frame daily.
 
This is all just a theory though, but at this point there is no reason not to try. For the time being, this thread will act as a simple poll. I will remind those that this will require dedication, which may be asking a lot. Imagine, if you will, a weight lifter ignoring leg day. This average Joe then gets into a habit of not doing it, and what do we end up with?

My point is that this is something that will require diligence, patience, and dedication. You will have to commit to getting on at that time. You don't even have to be a CT, hell, you could be that T who just tries to rebel each round even if the chances are slim. The point being that so long as there are numbers (and CTs who don't drone on with repetitive cell orders and mix things up) it will draw attention.
 
As cliché as this sounds, united we are stronger than a single unit. I will try my best to get on at whatever time it is (should this plan go through), and I'm hoping you all will as well.

I agree with the mic policy. I've already added something to the Admin Handbook so that Mods+ won't mute kids who are being mature. I'm still planning on doing a reboot on the motd so ideas/help is welcome. I've just been busy with school but once this week is over I'll spend some time on it.

Alright first of all, I edited the CS:S MotD without anyone's permission. Mind you, nothing major or substantial, I was just tired of the clutter and terribad grammar that has plagued it for months. I also removed sections that were either outdated (such as "Firedrill Freedays) or repetitive in that they were already mentioned previously in the MotD. Should you want to revert it, you can always do so. Second, after going through it all, there is one thing that I would like to bring up in hopes that it may be altered, removed, elaborated, etc. Also, so long as no one is against it, I'm looking at possibly fixing the formatting (at some point) as well, as it is just painful to look at and to go through as it is. That is, unless someone else is willing to do it, which would be great.
 

I took the liberty of bolding the section I think should be altered. Personally I think it is unfair to bar possible Wardens/CTs due to the tone/pitch of their voice. I mean, if it is that bad anyway and the Server hates it, there is already the option of having a Vote as to whether or not they can use their mic. Think this should be changed simply by just removing the bolded line. That, or edit it so that it reads "must be mature when using their mic".

You know what really grinds my gears? PEOPLE WHO THINK YOU ARE CONFINED TO ONE FUCKING DIVISION. Fuck you for telling people to stay in their own division. Everyone can go to any division they want. So don't tell people to "Stay in CSS." or "Don't come to another division that's not yours." Last I checked these are all XenoGamers servers so sit your ass down with your high and mighty attitude that TF2 is yours. If I want to come into TF2 I fucking will and there ain't shit you can do to stop it.
 
The truth is, CSS is dying, we still get on and play but it's not the same, so players go to TF2 to play on a more populated server but they get told to go back to their division if they annoy a regular or mess up. But fuck you, you don't get to tell people they aren't welcome just because they played CSS first.
 
And @Hexx don't be a troll. I actually like you sometimes and I don't want you banned. And one week is too long for that "crime". You fucking doorknobs.
