I was there and can confirm it did happen. However, "lying to staff", is not a specific rule. Though obviously doing so will never lead to anything good, it shouldn't be considered as a factor in his punishment in my opinion. This was an isolated incident, and he hasn't acted up in a decent period of time. If he continues doing things in a reasonable period of time going forward, (not 8 months from now) then yes some punishment should be dealt.

How do you know people were banned by seeing them? You contradict yourself directly by telling us that 'they got banned'. Also using 'say' in the wrong tense get's you a few points off.

What stuff? I assume you mean our Tekkit server, but that isn't up so that statement has no reasoning behind it. How can one absorb the knowledge that you are spewing out if you have no idea what's going on within the MC division? Then, to make matters worse, you state that you wouldn't play on it because of all the stuff you hear and/or see about it. First, you said you don't play on it SO HOW CAN YOU SEE ANYTHING?! What mouth-breather are you talking to that gives you information like that? Please, cite your sources since now you are plagiarizing and are going to be suspended.

I was there when Forest did specifically warn us to not us the command. While in my opinion, using it once every once in a while isn't such a big deal (especially with the approval of the players), Hellafun did basically disregard Forest's warning. Then again, he did get permission from John. I think that people really need to be all on the same page for future situations.

So yeah lemme sketch a situation out for you guys. I will use fictional characters so nobody gets mad. Fictional character BaddioDoug calls warden. He says "Warday will be in disco leave cells at 7:00" and the opens cells. Then entire CT team gets killed by Ts before they reach warday because CTs are bad.
 
Then the next day BaddioDoug says "That Warday didn't count! We're doing it again in disco" and he kills people who are out of cells before time.

Rabid got permed. Aegean left the clan, still hops on occasionally and has his own TS. Serbian still sticks around and is sometimes in TS. Ducki Jr got permed. And Duckii left/got banned but still plays with us sometimes.
 
A lot of the older guys stick around in aegean's TS.

I don't get why we perm ban people for unintentionally killing 3 people, especially for something that they CLEARLY may not have known about such as a map mechanic. At the end of the round, those three t's will get over it and keep playing but we've lost a person that did not mean to harm us and helps to populate the servers.
 
There are certain cases where it's kind of ambiguous, but in clear unintentional three man freekills, I seriously don't think perms should be dished out and don't know why we continue to do so.

Now, in regards to this Abuse. Unless there was something happening earlier, there was no reason to gag Rpx. Just because someone replies "whatever kid" does not give you the means to gag them. How is that, in any way, carrying on an "argument"? It isn't. It's simply saying "alright, fine, I'll stop, but I'm still mad about it" and is a completely reasonable reaction. After gagging him for no legitimate reason, he proceeded to get further upset (as yes, it was unjustifiable) and was then kicked for pointing it out.
 
His attitude on TeamSpeak before/after is irrelevant to this thread, so stop bringing it up. Rpx deserves as much respect as any other player who is treated unjustly ingame. You know who you are, and I better not see this sort of behaviour again.
 
Honestly, I'm seeing so many blind and rash reactions to this it's not even funny, both from Members and Staff Members. Great, Rpx was wrong, does that mean he should be unjustly gagged/kicked? No, not in the slightest.
 
@@iRpx lose the aggressive behaviour, attitude, and start treating people with respect. If someone is harassing you or disrespecting you, be the bigger man and notify a Higher-Up or just ignore them. If no change is made, it will most likely result in a forum ban. You have been warned. To all of you who insist on feeding the fire by mentioning things that are irrelevant for the sole purpose of knocking someone down, grow the fuck up.
 
@@John Don't abuse your power because someone is annoying you, because judging by these screenshots, it looks like you acted out in anger/frustration. Rpx did not continue the argument, he only made a comment which is not on the grounds of a gag, let alone a kick when he questioned why he was gagged. Remember, it is expected of our Staff that they remain unbiased at all times.

I slayed you once for abusing a map exploit and going into a region on the map where it's impossible to be seen by anyone. Right away you go into an all out rage. I tried explaining it to you but you kept basically pushing forward so I quit trying to reason.
