If he doesn't like it, then why agree and enforce it? Just to keep your powers or to kiss up to DMs/DLs for promotion? If you don't like something then go say something.

I'm on servers and Jew tells me to go on Teamspeak. I refuse cause I hate being on Teamspeak and it shouldn't be required. I get banned for an hour by Darkwolffor not being on teamspeak and perhaps "arguing" (which many admins do) with Jew. The next day, I go on servers and nobody tells me to get on Teamspeak. This pretty much shows, nobody gives a shit until Darkwolf or Orangejuice or on the server.

It's a stupid reason to ban/demote admins/mods for not being on TS. Some of us don't like TS3 and don't like to talk. Some mods/admins don't even have mics. We've requested to just Steam Chat and/or in-game chat us since it's faster. Teamspeak used to be just a luxury, a convenience, now it's some requirement. The best mods/admins can be banned/demoted for not being on something that shouldn't be required.

Almost every mod/admin doesn't give 2 craps late at night. I don't think this doesn't even need to be up for discussion. But if I have to, +5.

I can only vouch for the disrespect. It's basically an act of being obnoxious. Everything else is some bullshit that top-class mods/admins can get unfairly demoted for.

Yeah, ban mods/admins for using a power. Let's start kicking people out of the clan for reporting or slaying rule breakers.
