i feel like this should be more prominent, in ALL divisions. can we see it added to at least the TF2 and CS:S motd? @Hidingmaster @Cristo @DrLee @Nomulous @kbraszzz

Remember when CS:S had 1000 mods/admins. Yeah, that was a shitty time.
 
Also just saying, the "Too Young" rule should be changed to "Too immature"
We mute 30 year olds who scream in their mics. Why do we mute? Cause they're annoying and loud. Same should be with young people. We shouldn't be opressing them. Just cause they squeak doesn't mean they're annoying. A 6 year old can be more mature than a 30 year old.
 
Also please add in the staff handbook that all staff need to get along with each other. Or atleast be respectful towards each other. I fucking hated the time I was admin, because the staff all had grudges against one another and wouldn't talk to each other or even discuss problems with each other. It was irritating that the staff who did their shit would get shitted on or just shit on other staff. Then they leave xG cause of all the other shiity mods/admins. If there is constant conflict and disagreement between 2 staff or even 2 groups, it should be looked at and dealt with.

@Hidingmaster when hub is up make sure that there's some kind of chat box message stating very clearly something like "Type !hub to get access to trails, hats and more!" maybe in a different colour to make it stand out clearly. And give everyone who joins the server like 500 credits to start off with or at least enough to buy a trail. Having access to something like that straight away will be more likely to make people wanna stay.

Honestly, you cant blame hiding because he's atleast trying, and nobody else was willing.
But although he is trying, I agree that it is a pointless effort. The time we spend working on css is time we could use towards improving csgo. Think, if you had two people dying infront of you: One is an old man, he lived his life, he had his fair share of fun. The other is a young boy. He is still young, he hasnt gotten to experience all his life yet. Which do you save? You can only save one, no way around it. Now, I would imagine most would pick the boy. CSS Is the old guy, CS GO being the young boy. Let csgo have its chance to thrive, it has more potential than CSS, rather than trying to drag an old division back up, that has little to no chance of recovering, atleast not significantly enough to be called populated.
I love css, spent 4 years of my life playing our css servers, maybe its because of the fact ive seen its downfall that I know it cant recover. The majority who voted for css to stay are newer members, who didnt experience the servers when they were good. 10 people on a server is normal to them. They believe "Hmph, easy enough. Just add this and that and BOOM, people!" Im sure other servers have gone through this same situation, and tried the same exact things. You can give a crappy car a good paint job, but it doesnt make it run any better.

Why is everyone bashing on hiding he is trying to help the community and all of you are being so negative like it affects you or something. You're not paying for the servers so leave it alone. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it should get closed down. There are other people who are so happy that CSS isn't closing down. Think about other people too, not just yourself.

I'm glad you're redoing the rules. One reason why people hate our servers is because of how Nazi are rules are. A lot of the rules are intensely complex and have too many quirks and exceptions in them. It hurts my head whenever I had to read it and most of the time I didn't care to read it.
 
Also, less Nazi staff. I haven't played Jailbreak in a while so I don't know if staff had gotten better but, when I got demoted, most of the staff acted as if they were better than anyone else. They were rude to players and didn't even do what staff had to do, which is inform and discipline players. If someone breaks a rules, don't just tell them to go read rules, tell them what they did. That rules list was fucking huge and nobody cared to read it.

I stopped playing because I didn't want to be with the staff. They all had cliques and had grudges against each other, none of the staff would have fun on the servers, they tried to get each other demoted. They were never on the same page. Darkwolf (DM at the time) hated me cause I challenged his ideas. Cause of that he blacklisted me from Teamspeak channels, blocked me on Steam, and when I wasn't blocked he wouldn't respond to me, even if I needed Staff Tips or Info immediately. I don't like to see that behavior from a higher up or even any staff. It was a fucking mess. I have no grudges against you but I got demoted for not putting on my tags and only for that reason. Don't demote high quality staff because of this. It's outrageous.
TL;DR: Don't let staff be dicks to each other and the players.

I remember when we were having a friendly scrim on Inferno. I don't recall who I was playing with but 1 person. As we were popping flashes and smokes down mid, a giant mexican pops from the top of mid with an awp. We were thinking, "Hey, 5 rifles versus 1 awp, no way he can take us rushing him." As we were rushing him, he picks one of us. Yeah, we lost one guy, we can't totally lose more. One after another we all get picked by Cristo's awp. @Cristo shows us up by picking all of us, 1 by 1 in 30 seconds with his awp.
