Your mic-spam has caused such as ruckus on teamspeak, I'm surprised you're not banned yet. Your shit-posting and constant lurking on the forums, even after you've been banned, show you're nothing more than an attention whore. You constantly seek approval, then pull shit like hacking, and expect not to be punished in the same way. You sat behind Duckii, only to be told you're annoying as shit, and that you have to leave her alone. And you've made four ban protests, with no avail, and keep crying to higher ups to unban you, even though those suicide threats were very real, and precaution was taken. This account just proves you don't want to leave, like a dog that been beaten, crawling back, hoping for love, only to be beaten again. You keep making new accounts, all which have been shortly banned later, proving you can't and will not change, no matter how much you claim to.

Give Lapis the equal treatment you showed to Obama/Trin whom under a no balls pretense murdered 5 or more Ts. for a week CT ban or some shit. but Lapis won't see this special treatment I predict. nor will Ben Dover who has an open ban protest. Even though these two players last mentioned have been playing xG jailbreak much longer than Trin or any free smiting mod

This is a gaming clan. I'm going to state this right fucking now. I do not like having drama within said gaming clan. You are the cause of a massive amount of drama. I came into this clan for two reasons, have fun and make friends along the way. Sure you we were kinda, sorta friends at the beginning, but we only talked about 3-5 times. I usually keep the people I add on my friends list until they become inactive on steam, they take me off or I have a sudden problem with them. After seeing all the shit you decide to pull as of recently, I decided to take you off. To add your question, no, you have not made a good impression on me and you likely will never do it again. I don't want an apology because I don't like talking to you. Simple as that. You ruined it for me the day you started to yell at me while playing CS:S jailbreak, in front of at least 20 people. Not only do you decide to hate on me because I have an opinion against you, but you like to take the argument public as well. I lost all respect for you that day. To be honest, I don't know what you see in me. Why did you take a portion of your ban protest to "apologize" to me? I may never know why, but get over it. We never talked much in the first place to really be friends.

And whenever you're warden and you call "talk over warden you're a rebel" and you would kill people talking over you AS you called the order. Yesterday I pressed the voice chat button for a literal second, didn't even say anything, and you killed me.

I don't agree with [nor condone] mass intentional freekilling. Whether it was for shits and giggles, or done upon a "no balls" request, the intention to do it was there. You're a great guy Trin, but I made a recent vow to treat every Ban Protest with the unbiased truth of the matter at hand.
 
You Intentionally mass freekilled, you knew the consequences of your actions (as do most who do it) yet you continued to do so. Don't take this the wrong way, I'm not spiting you in any way, I'm just doing my job as part of the Staff of XenoGamers. My decision is a -1, as will it be with any other player/member who is naive enough to mass freekill and expect to be unbanned.
 
If you people want to carry on this legacy of the "But this guy did this and got away with it" then you might as well remove permanent bans. Hell, you might as well not deal out punishments while you're at it. Regarding this ordeal of "Warrior freesmited @all, why shouldn't he be punished?", to that, I say the following, as I did in a previous thread:
 

 
At this rate, the more you unban permanent CT bans that are perfectly valid, the more you're implying "It's okay to mass freekill only once, everyone gets the one free of charge and won't be punished."

They can just go AFK the whole time, they don't have to talk, so I don't see what the big deal is. If people want to help run the servers, they should atleast BE on TS. Maybe banning and demotions are a bit much, but if people just don't understand the concept, maybe they will wake up from the ban alone.

You admitted to using a voice changer, voice changers are not allowed in our servers. He had every right to kick you for that. If you used your mic when you got back it does count as mute evasion. He can mute you for that reason. I checked chat logs and you did spam in chat and called him a "shitty admin". That doesn't help with your case. In my opinion -1
