+1 reformed BigBrother In all seriousness, minecracks been active on jailbreak lately and hasn't caused any problems. While he is still pretty trolly, none of it is really detrimental to the server. He's tried to make days fun for others, and I would hope/assume he'd do the same as ct. Not gonna unban until I get opinions from others, as this is a very special case (perm forum ban, perm teambanned multiple times...) edit: Also I'm probably biased here (I'll admit that he's my friend), so it's best that my DL's/other ppl make the decision.
