Commands used that are disturbing? You've gotta be kidding me. It was done between 3 am and 6 am est. There were 3 people on the server, darkwolf and two regulars. There is nothing wrong with using fun commands on an empty server. It hurt no one, did not influence any game, and is certainly not something to over exaggerate and claim abuse. You panic over the smallest things.

Yeah. Try again. Jan 7 at 3 am is when they were supposedly used. It shows 3 players.

This has gone too far... Change is in dire need for CS:S, and now is the time or that change to take place.

 
We all remember the last few threads, right? No need to bring any of that junk up in here, as that is all essentially a big set of warnings, and telling him he needs to shape up or ship out. Well, I am here today to inform you that he has indeed not shaped up, after several large offenses. Do I even need to grace this post with a name? You all know who I am talking about.
 
Recently it came to my attention via an anonymous vigilante that was trying to seek justice for the players and the servers that said division leader was using noclip at the time of around 2 a.m. CST (2 central, midnight pacific, 3 eastern) at which point I was asked to confirm that he was on jailbreak, I did, and he said that the speaking of commiting acts such as noclip was continuing. At the time, I was unable to get on the server and see for myself (with demo) since I was rather tied up doing other things. However, that did not stop the investigation. It marched onward, the help of @Nomulous was recruited to do a little research for "Us" by checking the server command logs to see what exactly was going on that fateful morning. Needless to say, what was found was very disturbing, and after seeing this, we continued on to see what else there was... It wasn't pretty.

I would ask you all to take special note to the specific commands being used that are disturbing, commands such as !noclip, !1up, !resize, etc. (You get the idea) [For those who do not know, hrespawn {a different command} is a built in component of hosties that we have always either removed or set only access to root on jb, since what it does is respawn a player, currently it is set in the overrides to root {z} however darkwolf does have access to root himself through admins_simple.ini, no blame their, I gave myself root on csgo so I can assign new things to it prior to releasing them to test {nothing like stealth, different things we do for donators} however 1up which is the same thing is set in the overrides to be at flag {s} which by definition from himself is "//S = Fun commands for DMs+ [Witnessed by Lemons and Megarobin]")

P.S. according to the previous thread (I lied, I have to bring something up) Refer to this post, regarding lemons having access to it {s} was the flag used for stealth. notice in admins_simple it states "witnessed by lemons and megarobin" back when the other thread took place, we confirmed prior to making it that lemons had the s flag along with matsi and DMs.

I want to join XenoGamers because I've been playing on a few of their servers, and got to know some of the members, they seem like they are a very nice community that I want to be a part of.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Lemons can reapply now since he did not leave for another clan or get kicked out. I believe silence allowed someone else to apply in a time period <1 month because they left on their own accord. So given stare decisis... He should also be allowed to.

@DarkWolf6052 the powers they would receive was clearly listed out prior to them getting the powers, and you are complaining that you instead do not have those powers in your OP.

The abuse was diabeetus. He removed his sticky. Bypassed passworded Channels and Sticky. I believe there was nothing about banning

Admins arnt Dms for a reason. They have shown they can handle the servers well enough but that dosnt mean they are ready to make decisions that affect the clan. I have nothing against those chosen i just am curious as to why THEY were picked over the DMs and or DLs.

I was the banning admin, in case anyone is wondering. He freekilled two others, and then freekilled me, which the other two bans I was watching from next to medic [This was on electric razer, he was outside of armory, killed two Ts, then killed me immediately after. None of us attacked him]

Your reason for mass freekilling is incredibly stupid, to put it simply. That is not a reason to kill anyone. Thinking we will try to kill you doesn't give you the right to kill us, nor does if we attempt to attack you. If we do not physically damage you, [i.e. Knifing AT you], then you can not kill us.
