Now I have no clue how sourcebans works so I don't know wtf im talking about in regards to changing it. But would it even be possible? I find the system to be fairly... laggy... and somewhat difficult to navigate through. And as for the not being able to tell why someone was banned sometimes thing, do you think a "Details" type section (where the admin would fill out at the least a bare bone form detailing some points to give us a better idea as to why they were banned, rather than "Freekiller" or "scripter") would be even a smart thing to do? Other than that, honestly my only comment about sourcebans is it feels outdated. Bad navigation and bad looks/response time. ALSO CAN THERE BE A PERM OPTION FOR MODS PLEASE? I keep having to go to a DM/DL/A to get a ban changed every now and then ._.

So even after contacting respective companies it still seems to be happening. Going to put the information up here, but will post screenshots and copy-pastes below. This has been going on for months. Some Russians trying to hack either my Steam, EA, or Yahoo Mail account. My passwords are so fucking complex I keep them in a file and would need to go to that file each time if I ever needed to put in my password. But time and time again, I get the same email. Asking for a steam security code. I've scanned my computer with Avast, MalwareBytes, CCleaner, and SpyBot - S&D Start Center. Nothing. Haven't been to any sketchy sites, downloaded anything sketchy, as i'm not fucking dumb. Yet this all still happens. Any ideas on what else I can do? I have two-factor authentication, it doesn't SEEM like they're getting into my account (nothing is changed), but the mere fact that i'm getting this email tells me that they figured out my password. (Unless i'm wrong). Is it time to reformat my hard drives and all? I would like to make this point once again after reading all of this. If you have issues with someone, careless if it is staff, a clan member, a regular, or even a random. Go. TO. STAFF. With proof. And no copy-paste bullshit. If you have issues with a staff member (lord help me if that happens) Go to the next higher in the chain of command. Rule breaking by staff, abuse by staff, and bullying by staff should not, and will not be tolerated. --- As for you, from what I can tell you're Icy from the JB server, While I can't say I agree fully on other statements and comments posted on this thread, as i've had no problems with you myself (at least problems I haven't be able to resolve) I can see how you can get on peoples nerves. You're far too irritating in-game when it comes to rules. You try to bend a steel beam around a pole with your bare hands sometimes with it, trying to get fucked up so they can be slain. You act as if it's some type of reward at times when it's not. It's the complete opposite. I recall one time when a learning (someone who was fairly new, but was doing good) warden, they told every T to freeze, and you decided to JUMP after moving. While you weren't using WSAD you still moved quite a far bit while yelling into your mic "YOU CAN'T SHOOT ME, I'M NOT MOVING. I'M JUMPING. YOU CAN'T SHOOT ME". I then PM'd the warden telling him he was allowed to kill you, which he did (After informing other staff of what I pm'd the warden.). Don't pull stupid shit like that. Sure if you do it so someone can learn "Hey, be careful of people who do this, it could get you in trouble." I see that as fine. tl;dr stop being annoying. I'm confident a lot of people will disagree with me, but I feel as if nothing should be changed. If anything, treat it as saying "nigga" or "nigger". I haven't seen it used on JB in an offensive (by my definition, which is different than everyone else i'm sure) manor that would have gotten them a slap on the wrist from whoever (and by that I mean the word is barely ever said). As for people not wanting to speak out, i'm honestly unsure what to do about that. Surely if it's used and said person got offended you'd see some sort of change in their behavior and be able to tell by that. I don't know, I just feel as if things are getting too strict in terms of certain words being used. I don't want to see the day where people are getting offended, causing a HUGE issue about it, all because they were called a dork, then that word is blacklisted and enforced by a ten day ban, followed by fifty lashings in front of a minimum of ten community members and three staff for a minimum of three days. Also I would like to also take this time to say IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH SOMEONE, GO. TO. STAFF. We will solve it as best we can, and update you as to what was done. Don't be scared, we won't turn you away no matter the issue.

I'll break down what you said as an example, but do know that careless if you THINK you can't show emotion through text, it doesn't mean others don't read it like that. I suppose it would be best for you to specify. #1: To me this comes off as defensive, as if you're against me. -1 I don't feel you have a fitting attitude for the title of a moderator from that comment alone. You seem hostile when someone brings up a past issue / comment / screenshot / anything that could be "bad" about you. Instead of being hostile, why not figure out more information about it, why said person brought it up (in a polite manor), or if they need more information on it.

I was the person who banned you. I'm going to post absolutely ALL evidence I have, then follow up by words as to what happened EXACTLY. They can be talked to, to confirm that. Now the story. I will put what I see as ISSUES in bold and they will be addressed later on. BOT was doing trivia, all T's were lined up shoulder to shoulder on the line infront of cells on Parabellum and never said in ct chat what the prize was going to be (After asking multiple people who were ct if he did). After someone got the answer correct, BOT asked if they wanted to keep or pass the prize. I don't remember if it was kept or passed. After said person got the prize, (1) BOT then moved to the LEFT side of the line of T's (if facing cells) and proceeded to shoot down the line. After realizing what is happening, and after I was killed, I smited BOT and promptly perm ct banned him immediately after he was slain. (2) After being slain, something along the lines of "Whelp damn." and "I was close" was said, absolutely nothing else, in a span of about three minutes, after which he left the server, before the round had even ended. (As soon as I can speak to @Bleed or @Lithium and get FULL console logs, what he said exactly will be posted) After all that, he added me on steam, to which I accepted and that is where the chat from the pastebin ([MEDIA=pastebin]fX50EQVt[/MEDIA]) comes in. #1: What you did exactly here makes it look EXACTLY like a mass freekill. The guy who had one trivia (from what I remember, do NOT quote me on this) had never even stepped out of line either, which means he would have been killed too. You said nothing after the person accepted the prize, you went right to killing without a word. #2: You had AMPLE amount of time to type in admin chat, even type in dead chat (Since you know, we all were dead) to either talk to me, or even someone else, asking what happened, telling me why, or ANYTHING else. But you decided to say two things only, nothing else, then leave. #3: You are a member of xG and you mainly play on the Jailbreak server on csgo. I would expect better of you, especially if you feel/know you made a mistake. I cannot say you should know every rule like the back of your hand, even I went to @Rabid asking questions about Trivia after it happened. But you should have handled this way better. Also.
