I honestly don't know where so many of you guys keep getting that freekilling 3 T's is only a week ban, because it's not. Freekilling 3 or more T's has always been classified as mass freekill, which has always been punished with a perm CT ban. Remember, what you did warranted a permanent server ban, I think that it's more than justified for you to serve out approximately a month of a punishment for something that's supposed to never be revoked, especially after getting un-server banned. -1.

I don't think him having few posts and a new forum account has anything to do with this... not everyone is active on the forums or the server for that matter, which could explain why he didn't post this or figure out he was banned until now...
 
I think the thing that matters the most right now is: Did you ban him for things he was doing around the time you banned him or did you ban him for things someone did with the same name a while back?

Keep in mind that the people you get from a search of "Nicki Minaj" haven't played on the TF2 servers since long before the time of the ban. Nicki Minaj was banned on July 25th and the closest that any of those 3 people have played on an xG TF2 server was May 10th.

Try reading the thread before posting, it might help solve problems like this.
+1. It doesn't really make sense to teamban him for a week for the supposed "snowball" reason. The only reason that I see to even use the snowball is if a player continually shows little to no knowledge/acknowledgment of the motd, and also is seen breaking the same rules over and over. Since Fraggot only broke a minor rule, I see really no reason to even teamban him at all, especially for a week. Your reasons for both his teambans are pretty terrible, just saying "breaking server rules" or "read motd" with no other explanation makes it infinitely harder when a ban protest comes around to see what rules were actually being broken. It just leaves too much room for doubt as to what actually happened when the ban was handed out.

+1, the rule says you can pick up or move a map gun if a T moved it first, so what he did is fine. And even if he camped medic, that doesnt warrant a week ban.

Also what has fraggot done previously? You put read motd for the reason on his first CT ban which is clearly not a reason.

oh yeah and he apparently threatened @FrankBritish's life on TS yesterday, he said he was going to cut off his head (he never specified which one though).

I added it to the Test server when I found it, but it only lets you buy a Special Day ONE time per map, and there is no config file for Special Days. I'm guessing this was another one of those plugins coded by Starbuck, so either him, or @@Rhododendron would have any configuration information of this. I searched all over for anything about it and didn't find it.
