Feeling pretty turned on today got back onto teamspeak and realized I couldn't resist Cristo's mexican bod so here I am

People talk behind other people's back. It's only natural. When you say those sort of things to someone, it's almost always taken in a confidential matter. You wouldn't straight up say those things to the player/member, maybe word it differently but you wouldn't deliberately say those things. What you may consider disrespect/harassment, may not be taken the same way if directed at others. Not everyone will see this as disrespect, some might, but you can't just speak out for them.
 
For example, if someone like Charrax calls me a "faggot who shouldn't be a part of this community", I'll simply laugh because he's being his douchey self and I know he is just messing around. If he were to say that to someone else, that depends entirely on where they stand. Another example would be this;
 
Offender to Person A - "You're a tool"
Person A - "Love you too bb"
Bystander - "That's offensive"
 
Completely differentiates between the person. One is clearly perceiving it as disrespect and believes it is offensive, while the other is taking it as a joke. Without the opinion of "Person A", then yes it's easy to call someone out on disrespect and make them look like a bad guy, however; it wasn't Directed at the Bystander.
 
What I'm getting at is simply this; Disrespect is only disrespect if it in any way offends or upsets the person being "disrespected". If it's not even being targeted at you, why should you take the effort of being upset or feeling harassed when it in no way pertains to you?

I'm going to -1. By looking at your previous names, you weren't just impersonating Poncher, but many other players, including McNeo, Apple Jack, Bubba (which I believe is Wailord's new name), and Chuck Norris. You either switched your name because people got onto you, and you decided to change your name, or you were warned by staff and thought that this would throw them off. It doesn't make any sense to have done this, and you were clearly just trying to troll people. Honestly, I think you're incredibly annoying in-game, and I don't really see any reason for you to be unbanned.

I don't know if you saw his ban protest, but Game was recently perm server-banned for impersonating several ex-members, including Poncher (while wearing HellsGamers tags also), and it got denied, so no matter what he's not coming back.

The way I see it, if the warden (or any other CT for that matter) opens the cells before a time that T's are allowed to leave their cells is given, then the T's can leave their cells immediately. So if the cells are opened at 7:15, but warden then says T's can leave their cells at 7:00 (but not until after the cell doors were opened) then any T killed for leaving their cell before 7:00, was freekilled. However I do agree with you that if the warden says "can" instead of "can't until" it makes it seem like there is an option to leave early, or wait until the designated time.

Here are my opinions on the maps
Jb_skyscraper_jail_v2:
Pros: Fairly large map, with tons of map games to play with. There's a whole friggin' amusement park in one of the outside areas, which will hopefully encourage wardens to break out of doing first-reaction last-reaction or simon says every day. Several valid warday areas, and a nice wide-open cell block which gives CT's ample space to monitor the T's.
Cons: While I don't think that much was bad about this map at all, it was a little small in overall size. There's really only about 5-6 rooms in total, but they are very large, and have tons of stuff to do on them.
Verdict: +1 for sure, seems like it would be an awesome map to play on, for both T's and CT's.
 
ba_jail_alcatraz_final_BETA (the second one):
Pros: tons of map games, and overall is an incredibly large map. Very detailed and expansive. Lots of vents and secret passages for all you rebellious T's.
Cons: There is an overall lack of valid warday areas on this map, with there really only being one or two of them at max. The map has a very narrow feeling to it in many of the hallways, and especially in the main cell block, making it harder for the CT's to avoid and monitor the T's. I can also see a lot of unintentional baiting coming out of this. Also, all of the controls for the main cell area (including the cell door buttons, and big cage button) are located inside the armory, which once the CT's exit, cannot be re-entered unless going through a vent. Lastly, there are one or two vents that no matter what, I just can't seem to break, even if I shoot an entire m4a1 with max ammo at it.
Verdict: -1. While the map is large, and has lots of map games, there are simply far too few valid warday areas on this map. The overall claustrophobic feeling within the main cell block would make the map tilted into the favor of the T's, and would make it extremely difficult for the CT's.
 
Ba_jail_campus_2011_final (the third one):
Pros: Like the previous maps, campus has a fuck-ton of map games to play on. Hell, the entire map is practically map games. If this map gets added to the server, and we play first-reaction last-reaction once, I'm going to go ballistic. Anyways, the map is also incredibly open, giving the CT's (and T's) a lot of elbow room. There are also several valid warday areas. And for all you rebellious little shits out there, there are plenty of vents and secret teleporters to bring you all around the map. Overall, the map is very well balanced between the CT's and the T's.
Cons: Not really any, while the map doesn't look amazing it certainly has a lot to do on. I guess if you don't like pics of big-tittied women (no nudity) then this map just isn't for you. Some of the vents are kinda hard to get to, or can take a lot of damage to break. The map is all kinda thrown together, with the map basically being one open plain with a ton of map games and watchtowers.
Verdict: +1. Tons of map games, enough valid warday areas, and a good balance between the CT's and the T's, allowing this map to be fun (hopefully) for everyone.

Nope, staff can certainly pass warden using !pass. I did this a couple of times earlier today for spamming. Hopefully this will cut down on spamming for warden at the beginning of the round, or will at least allow staff to be able to tell who the warden actually is much easier, and will allow staff to relieve spammers and make it clear who the new warden is.

-1. Honestly, I doubt that you read the rules that well, because over this past weekend alone I saw a ton of rulebreaking out of you. While I can see the potential for you to become a member of xG, you have to improve a lot to get to that goal. While you don't argue with admins, you seem to flood admin chat every single time that you're killed, claiming that it was a freekill, only for me or another one of the admins/mods on to explain that is was fine. Just brush up on the rules and try not to argue as much, and I think you'll do fine.
