I am thinking about removing the full motd and playing with the simple motd only. If you don't know how to enforce quality rules that make a server run smoothly and all you do is find ways to slay people then you shouldn't be a staff member.

Current rule:
Last Requests
You can't use First Reaction/Last reaction to decide LR (this includes last one to spray or first one to spray etc). The T who has Last Request is allowed to move around after they type in !lr. During a Last Request, the CTs that are not playing against the last T cannot interfere with the current game but must be in the area at all times (Failure to do so will result in a slay/teamban). When a CT wins, the winning CT is the only person allowed to kill the losing T. NO CHEATING IS IMPLIED (Advantage to either T or CT/Rocket Toss). A T cannot rebel when he is the last T. If either player does they will be slain/teambanned.

It's not really a decision based thread. It's a thread to know what is the deal. No point in closing an active thread.

You have to face demotion. This would not be a problem if you are the "most/second most active admin". It is an easy promotion to get your rank back up. But we can't make deals with staff members on promo's and demo's. You serve your time just like the others have. What you have done in the past is the past. Now show me the action that comes after it and we will re-promote you.
 
I still currently stand by my opinion to keep you demoted to moderator.

I had a Mitsubishi Galant. And currently have a Volkswagen Jetta.
 
Toyota and Nissan are the most reliable and cheap to fix. (Japanese cars)
American cars are un-reliable but cheaper to fix.
Other cars are expensive to fix and semi-reliable.
 
GTI and Lancer Evolution are powerful cars.
 
A full sized is most of the time faster than a regular size.
Mini-SUV's are powerful.
 
i4's are slower than v6's.
 
1.8T ~ 2.0
Anything higher = More liters = Powerfuller = faster.
 
Do you want power, reliability, torque, space(for the women), or a generic car for college?

Always ask for the Title. And if the Title is re-built then it is bad and stay away. Re-built titles means the car was in a total crash and the insurance said that they would get more money than to fix it. Someone decided to fix it and it runs good, but no insurance will ever accept you. (Or it will be highly frustrating to get them to.)
 
Don't get an old/classic (<15 years old) car until you know how to fix a car.

If you have a problem with the CT's everywhere, you can order them back in as a warden.
 
If you have a problem with CT's being everywhere because you are rebelling.
Then get better at rebelling.
