Hello xG it's been a while! But I'm here to march us out of the hole we've dug ourselves into.
 
First off i would like to introduce my self to some of those who might not know me. The name is Rabid I've been around xG for around 3 years now. I've been here during the ups and the downs (Serbians co-leading) Lots has happened over these years and i can say we are in the darkest depths we've been in. Have no fear I rabid am here to lead us out! i will bring xG back to it's shining glory if you vote me as co-leader.
 
Some of the things that i have planned for xG
 
Community nights | We have had these in the past lead by Rpgeesus, These have failed very badly before but! I have good ideas to make these much more interactive for the community members to enjoy!
 
Disrespecting and the clan | We have had many posts of disrespecting within the clan ranks over the year, But i have the solution to fix this! take a second and listen how. Target the groups that cause the most ruckus @bronies @furries By eliminating these two groups of people we can move forward as a mature gaming group and look forward to a right future!
 
Eradicate everything! | By eradicating everything i mean get rid of the mods and admins and start by fresh look for people who will actually commit and help this community grow not just people who are active in the servers but are looking out of the clans best interest. Also get rid of @@serbiansnaga

I'll just start off by saying it's been great being a part of xG, no joke. The rise from Member to Co-Leader was something I never did expect, and even till now it's hard to believe. I assumed I would only make it to at least Administrator, and maybe I should have just stayed at that rank (due to the leniency in terms of Inactivity based off of school/work/personal life). Needless to say, I've met some great people, had some great times, and it's about time I take off. This isn't a resignation from xG as a whole, but just as a Co-Leader (I know, it's been a short run); simply because this sort of rank requires both activity and diligence, both of which I cannot provide in my current state. I will be keeping my Member status, but this in no way means I will be hell'a active. Just a reminder.

Now, there are a shit ton of people I could tag who have made this experience totally worth, but due to that I won't be tagging anyone (lolwut?). I don't want to end up tagging a bunch of Members/Ex-Members and find out I missed a handful of people because it just slipped my mind. So, I'll just say that I've enjoyed the company of nearly everyone in this clan. Honestly, there's not a single person in this community who I hate/despise (at least none that comes to mind).

I also realize that lately a few of the Divisions have been suffering with under population or lacking new content or whatever other things everyone is complaining about. This is not one of the reasons I am leaving. Also, I'm not saying that they won't get any better, but in order for that shit to actually happen, people have to work together. Even simple things like staying on the Server to achieve more Players, or taking initiative and sponsoring some sort of event. There are a multitude of ways in which you can make the xG Servers a more enjoyable experience, but I've noticed a lack of initiative in the community (not everyone). You don't need some higher-up position to do something, you just need the support of those around you. Sounds cheesy, I know, but I speaketh the truth. Have an idea? Something you think would benefit the community/server? Bring it up with a Higher-Up, and just fucking do it.

For those of you who are expecting a TL;DR, I'm sorry, there won't be one this time. All in all, I've had a blast as a Staff Member for xG, but it's time to hand the torch to someone else. Who knows, maybe once I've gotten things stable, I'll be back. But don't be expecting me to take a Co-Leader position again, I doubt it would happen. Shit's too cray and requires far too much attention.

So after playing on the server for awhile it felt like it was missing a few things that could make it a lot more fun.
There are some tools that I think a lot of us would love to see on the server and there are also some classes and maps that would make it a lot more fun too. So that is why I am making this thread.
 
Classes:
 
Swat Sniper
Equipment: Awp, pp28 (w/e it is), and other standard police equipment.
Job: A sniper for the swat, when you have to actually fight against heavily armored people, it would be really nice to have someone to watch your back from afar.
 
Fight Club/Manager/Organizer/Security/Member
 
Equipment: Nothing but standard civilian stuff
Job: Works to sustain the fight club!

They look really nice and would add a nice touch. If you need help converting or anything i'm sure I can lend a hand.
 
Maps:
 
Some people have suggested some maps to change to, mainly because the current one does not have much interesting things to offer. After searching around a bit I found a few that are based off of our current map, and we have even used before.

I have seen this before and it looks AMAZING. It would make shops not like really shitty with the giant, not very customize-able text screens.

Adv Dupe, I would SURE as hell donate for this. With it being so useful it would be an amazing thing to have on the server for the people who donate. I know it can be used to get past the blacklisted props/other things. But really, who is going to pay money just to get banned? Less harm then good...
 
Wiremod, currently there are some really cool wire tools that are blocked for obvious reasons. But I would have no problem donating for them if they are actually set to a reasonable price!

I updated the server slot count a few days ago, so a bigger map would be extremely useful. I hate seeing the same person every 5 minutes and it breaks the illusion. (it IS ROLE PLAY after all :3)

Superhero- probably going to be used as a reason to random arrest.
Supervillian- debatable, probably going to get used as an excuse to rdm.
Food vendor- It's what it sounds like gets shipments of food and water and sells them to people.
Dog- old pet idea, proven over time to be a bad thing, and just an excuse for people to troll.
Mayor guards- secret service, should be added in.
Black market dealer- contraband salesman, should add keypad crackers to them to sell.
Journalist- waste of life, never gonna get used, not super serious RP never will be.
Dispatcher- same reason as journalist

Side note, im adding a fix for drugs because of some people abusing it. You (Hopefully by the time the server restarts) should be able to overdose on drugs.

CSS Is Dying. DarkRP will never be finished (5min). Questionable decisions are constantly being made by Silence. Time is being spent on website more than the servers, and updating various things as well as working on hub (basically a frozen project).

How about making it a slayable offense. Where that, if they are to do so to two or more people for no given reason, they can be slain. If they claim he was rebelling and he needed to be marked, that's not allowed.
