And since the key factor is that its the beginning of school so people are working hard at school instead of playing games. Later on in the school year when people are use to school more people will start coming back on.

Also going off of that a good example would be me its my second week of school and if @kbraszzz didnt notice i haven't been on playing much, as school progresses teachers come a little lazy and dont give out so much work thus giving me free time.

I will proceed to clear these up.
 
1. There was other staff on which I made aware to go sort the problem in question. What I posted was a joke as at the time Kart was leaving servers whenever I joined for some reason.
 
2. I do more than idle, ask any TGH regular. I am always doing something, Whenever I am idle I am either trading or doing other stuff but monitoring the server and chat. Also if you take a heat of the moment message from a different argument as a serious quote theres something wrong. There is no best mod, there are good mods with likeable qualities but not a best mod.
 
3. I never said someone has no friends. Would you care to mention who I said has no friends? because I am fully aware of what I did and did not say. The only person I would of said anything even close to that would be to bonfire who is my real life friend.
 
4. I did not attack users on the idle thread. I was given a lot of off topic and offensive posts rather than constructive posts for the topic. Yes I did post on the JB thread but I offered a 0 support for +1 or -1 I merely gave reasons for and reasons against to help the discussion. I did not quote anybody from the JB thread and attack them for using themselves in examples nor did I give a +1 or -1. Using a retaliation again as a tool to make me look like the aggressor is not good.
 
5. Lastly about Kart. This has no relevance to the subject of this protest but I shall clear it up for the CL's anyway.
I was god mode in the room on Minecraft neon xmas with the portals. I was trading when kart entered the room, he first tried to backstab me and when he realised I was godmode proceeded to say something along the lines of "godmode really kitty? fuck you" He came back a little later as an engineer and wanted to build in the room I was in. Instead of politely asking me to continue my trading elsewhere he said "kitty im building a sentry here fuck off out" so I simply game a voice emote of "yes" and exited through one of the teleports. Kart followed me directly behind me and ended up getting stuck in me. Completely karts fault as he should of waited for me to clear away before directly following me. This ofcourse caused bodyblocking, which is one of our rules. I waited 30 seconds for kart to slay himself and he did not so I proceeded to do it to remove the bodyblock. I did what I believe was correct in this situation and to attempt to use something so minor against me in a protest about abuse towards me is ridiculous.
 
One last thing I am aware there is confusion among the CL's as they believe this problem goes both ways. This is not true as there is very little evidence of me doing anything. There is only about 2 screenshots of retaliations against 20+ screenshots of abuse towards me. There is no evidence of me insulting or harassing members for no reason. I will talk directly to CL's to clear this up. Also I do believe there will be a few witnesses who have seen the abuse only going one way and will vouch that is the case.

Next, saying Forge=Kitty was meant as a joke. I was in ts with a lot of people and we all listened to the thing. I said this sounds like forge but with a voice changer. The text logs are an invalid piece of evidence because there is no screenshot, if it's not a screenshot then it could've been created by one individual to get a user in trouble.
 
The video that was linked, I never was directly abusive towards you, mearly joking around with my friends, he said you had cyborg cancer(?) and i mearly stated that was too far with a silly response, SORRY FOR HAVING FUN, I didn't directly abuse you, you're just using it as an excuse.
 
On the Idle thread, you attacked users who were commenting on the thread because they weren't even from Trade, you then proceed to say, "how about you - Stop posting on a discussion for a server you never play."

As for the thread, it's a dumb quote what did you expect, it's not like anyone else gave a shit when I took dumb quotes from them.

Lets get this straight, you come into this group and you want to play on our servers "xG servers" not ours cause i'm not in this group, Anyways! You're claiming they're bullying you and cyber bullying you, Leave JUST FUCKING LEAVE IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT YOU WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM EVER A FUCKING GAIN. This group was founded about 4years ago and there's been so much drama in it, But i have never seen someone cry about being cyber bullied, For fuck sakes people had to stay up with Duckii jr so the damn kid wouldnt kill him self, Tarin wanted to sexually molest the damn kid, There has been so much drama in this clan and it's not ever going to stop until it closes down. You are fucking individuals with the full will power just to leave and stop it by making your steam profile private and not ever having to deal with these people again.

I guess I'll just start it off bluntly. From my experiences thus far, I have no inherent issues with any of the moderation staff of xG. I rather enjoy their company for the most part. But when I see something like this literally rock-slide out of control, it makes me take a step back and take a good, hard look at the xG servers as a whole.
 
I like you guys. I really do. But there are times when I am facepalming myself so hard I nearly give myself a concussion. The maturity levels of some of our moderators, at times, seems to be extremely underwhelming. There have been many times that I have been in a server and chose to disconnect due to the content being spewed over the voice chat by those who have the power to kick other players. Sometimes, I just don't want to be in the same server as some of you. But, I don't want you guys to think I am trying to stir the pot. I am just being honest.
 
It would seem to me that there needs to be some sort of revolution with the way staff conducts themselves. Some more than others, of course. But for the most part, our staff here do what needs to be done, but there are those moments where things escalate and words are said that do not help the situation at all. Sometimes, it feels like the moderators forget that the other people playing on the servers are, in fact, other people.
 
I consider myself a pretty level-headed individual. I think logically before I speak and try to avoid hasty decisions. I process the possible outcomes of every scenario before I take action. I always try to resolve conflict with open communication. Any time I have an issue with someone, the first thing I try to do is contact that individual so I may directly speak with them. @Mitsu and @Hachi can probably vouch for me on that. I've been known to be an ass, but when I'm an ass and it upsets someone, I am quick to try and fix the problem. I own up to the situation and take responsibility for my actions. I'm not perfect, but I have a pretty good track record of cleaning up my messes.
 
It would seem to me that the moderators need to find that innate ability to own up for their mistakes. EVERYONE makes mistakes, and when those mistakes go uncorrected, the head begins to fester until it bursts. This brings me to the situation at hand. The situation makes me feel a lot of feelings for a lot of the people involved. I feel upset that this rift has been created among the staff. I feel sorry for @Kittylicious and the position she has been placed in. I feel sorry for the other moderators that have been put in this situation and have to defend their actions. I feel sorry for @Nomulous because of the awkward situation it has put him in. It is just a proverbial shitpile. NOTHING good will come of this.
 
But I have chosen to stand and help. I have chosen to remain in the middle, waiting until someone calls on me to referee the situation. I want to help EVERYONE involved on both ends and I want to see a sound resolution to these issues. I teach second graders. I see this kind of stuff DAILY. I can safely say that I am an EXCELLENT mediator when it comes to personal problems, so if ANYONE needs to talk to me about the issue, my door is always open.

Alright, I'm going to give my opinion on this matter. I knew this issue couldn't last forever and action needed to be taken. The first point I'd like to say is that kitty becoming mod is not her decision. If you don't think she should have become mod than that's an issue you need to bring to the higher ups. Second of all, the disrespect is way too high and unacceptable. The TF2 xg community is pretty much crap right now due to this conflict. Kitty has presented a lot of evidence of disrespect and I will be surprised if nothing happens from this thread. I'm not going to +1 or -1 right now, but I think that the disrespect some people are showing Kitty NEEDS to stop. Its on a much higher level than other conflicts in the past. The users mentioned in OP definitely need a warning. Last thing I'm going to say is that I honestly don't care if literally everyone in TF2 hates me for not being against kitty. I'm going to stand by my opinion.
