Time for my comment. 0. I have strong opinion. First off, it is obvious there are two sides. People may have said mean things to Kitty... Kitty may have said mean things to other people. @StarmiX and I were talking a few days ago and he quoted me on this| "This is the perfect example of the bond between the Tf2 Div." Basically this is a bunch of fighting. I have made my opinion clear that I can see both sides and also I don't care if you disagree with me. I don't care if you agree with me. I am simple putting my opinion of 0.

Lets get this straight, you come into this group and you want to play on our servers "xG servers" not ours cause i'm not in this group, Anyways! You're claiming they're bullying you and cyber bullying you, Leave JUST FUCKING LEAVE IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT YOU WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM EVER A FUCKING GAIN. This group was founded about 4years ago and there's been so much drama in it, But i have never seen someone cry about being cyber bullied, For fuck sakes people had to stay up with Duckii jr so the damn kid wouldnt kill him self, Tarin wanted to sexually molest the damn kid, There has been so much drama in this clan and it's not ever going to stop until it closes down. You are fucking individuals with the full will power just to leave and stop it by making your steam profile private and not ever having to deal with these people again.

Instead of writing a big massive essay on what the evidence shows about everyone, I'm just gonna keep this short and sweet.

Alright, I'm going to give my opinion on this matter. I knew this issue couldn't last forever and action needed to be taken. The first point I'd like to say is that kitty becoming mod is not her decision. If you don't think she should have become mod than that's an issue you need to bring to the higher ups. Second of all, the disrespect is way too high and unacceptable. The TF2 xg community is pretty much crap right now due to this conflict. Kitty has presented a lot of evidence of disrespect and I will be surprised if nothing happens from this thread. I'm not going to +1 or -1 right now, but I think that the disrespect some people are showing Kitty NEEDS to stop. Its on a much higher level than other conflicts in the past. The users mentioned in OP definitely need a warning. Last thing I'm going to say is that I honestly don't care if literally everyone in TF2 hates me for not being against kitty. I'm going to stand by my opinion.

What i am interested in is that I wasn't called out by any members for interactivity due to that fact I can't say much to this since i been inactive, but the comments sent to kitty are quite rude and disrespectful and if I recall thats a rule of most are servers

How about repurposing it, so it:

Deactivates upon staff joining (pretty sure that the plugin supports that)
Reactivates upon staff leaving
Deactivates during LCT
Reactivates after LCT

I decided with the hlp of others that opened my to step down from mod. I don't have any fun from any of the servers. Maybe when i get back into the game i can get mod again but we will see.

Its a very crutial thing that admins/mods can bust abusers and if there are none, the members can submit a report but how can you prove it with the name not there?

If anything, we should get servers that entertain the players and keep them coming back; leveling up stranges and being afk isn't the way to go to get popula

So around 3:30 @Kart msged me that @Matsi was spawning in things without a vote he took a screen shot of the command being done and wanted to make an abuse thread so i made it for him. Not alot of evidence but i made it so yea and @Starfishprime_69 i think can vouch for it i could be wrong(MOVE THIS TO THE RIGHT SPOT)

hmm. a rule where you can only spawn bosses once every 30 minutes.

Anyway, here are my suggestions:

No Powerplay except on trade servers.
If you use !betheghost and you're the last one alive in an objective game mode, you must slay yourself.
No using the !behhh or !bemerasmus command to become a server boss (i.e. fighting people) unless there's a vote, and since hhh is glitched to switch him to blue, you may not kill people with it.
No spawning bosses on larger, more problematic maps, since it crashes the server. (Trade OOT, Minecraft towns, etc)
No spawning bosses on JB unless it's a freeday + vote or for lr. You may deny lr if you don't want to spawn them, like admins+ can. Staff can also stop you from doing so.

As we have no (or I haven't seen any, if there are any then gg @me) rules regarding Donator perks, I believe this is warranted.
Since it's inception (insert Inception Bwong here), I have noticed the voting system being abused to start unnesecary votes, using all chat (or /csay) used too much for the wrong reasons, and most recently boss spawning used to the point of exaggeration.
Yes, I know what you're thinking "John Madden, you're no fun. just shut the hell up and play the game." (>inb4) But it's starting to become a concern that some of these perks used to be/still are staff powers, such starting votes and all chat/ csay are being abused and may affect the quality of game play/ server experience for people who are new or have frequented our community's servers/forums.
Here are some of the rules that I think should be added. (Suggestions from everyone else are welcomed):

Use vote system only to vote for boss spawning (IDK, someone add more that could affect other players)
Do not spawn more than 1 boss or 10 skeletons at a time.
Do not use No Clip perk (Unless you RTD'd to get No Clip) to kill other people or (for engineers) spawn buildings
Do not use /csay for everything! Only use it to point out rule breakers (Can't think how else it can be used other than this one)

Any suggestions/comments/opinions are welcomed.
