I don't know Flareon well at all so I have not much to comment there.
It is rather obvious form previous posts that I think Vac should get mod, so probationary works for the time being.
 
I see Kypari on TGH a bit though I have not seen Tekage at all recently. I am gonna wait till I see more of them.
 
As for Demonic, when she gets on she does a fine job of moderating, but I agree she needs to get on more.

The Ambassador is a special beast. On one hand it brings the absurdity of high damage from effective infinite range to a class that can abuse running and hiding to exploit that damage from unexpected locations, but on the other hand it is really unreliable when faced with a direct battle.
 
If a player has the consistency to get those headshots over and again then it is really good, but you average player who uses it situationally to kill a specific target (eg razorback sniper) because of their less than perfect aim would be better served by a revolver that can be consistently useful for covering escape fire or killing that same sniper making it overrated for the average player. (though those sweet headshots feel really nice when you get them)
 
And the diamondback exists so you have a much easier time killing stuff because screw aim in the first place.

The command is accessable for mods+.
However, abusing sm_stealth will result in a demotion.
That being said, I'm gonna close this thread.

I updated this thread to include the new command.
Thought it might be relevant.

I have added the plugin to all servers.
Type /stealth in order to use it.

To piggyback on Bello's removal of the map, I'd just like to clarify the following:
 
trade_edventures is not being completely removed from the server, just from rotation. This means the map can no longer be voted on or selected by the regular players. Admins+ can still change the map to edventures, but must first secure a 70%+ vote to do so, just like koth_wubwubwub and koth_trainsawlaser.
 
Since there's such an outcry against the map, it only seems logical to ensure it can't be voted for anymore. That is all. =)

This is a plugin to make staff look like they left the server while making them completely undetectable to catch rule breakers instead of leaving the server and logging onto an alternative account/changing name/whatever.
 
What this plugin does do:

All the things, described in the old plugin's thread*
All weapons are removed.
All wearables and canteens are removed
The player is FULLY invisible (requre SDKHooks)
Status command is overwritten.
Stealthed admins are not visible on the scoreboard
New way to switch teams to prevent server crashes.
Only Team Fortress 2 is supported for now
More bug fixes and improvements

 


*What this plugin DOES do:



- Removes all weapons
- Turns you invisible
- Makes you unable to take damage
- Makes you no longer show up on the scoreboard
- Makes you unable to fire any weapon
- Shows a disconnect/connect message when entering/leaving invisibility
- Make you unable to show up on the status command.
- Prevent weapons from being picked up

It also looks like the TF2 division was in disagreement with each other. I remember something like this happening but I can't remember who's side I was on.

Flareon was also warned for abuse, so this may have warranted the demotion. Unless someone can clarify what exactly happened I wouldn't -1 the thread because of this. Good call to stay neutral.

The ban is three years old.
The Console used to auto-ban after a certain amount of kills in a round.
Same thing happened here.

Same, fam. I would love to give him mod. Maybe we could add him as late promo if the the Other higher ups agree.

Egossi used some pretty brutal language, but when staff is trying to figure stuff out, it doesn't help when other people are screaming into their microphone. I would have done the same thing Egossi did.
 

 
The thing is, Snowy was a pretty good staff member when SHE was with us. She is quite observant of everyone on the server(s). Sure she is a bit extreme with the rules, but everyone reacts to things differently.
 

 
So someone called Snowy a squeaker, and you went with it to harass her? I don't think that's really a cool thing to do at all. We generally cater to all ages on the server. Regardless if they're younger/older, male/female, or just have higher pitched voices in general. We want all people to be welcome on the servers, and this stuff generally drives them away.

@mrnutty12 rate this post agree or disagree after reading Kiask's defense if you are still for punishment, or have changed your mind.

Snowy did the right thing here. She saw someone was breaking rules, and called an admin on. It escalated, so she made a ban request. There is nothing wrong with that.
If Kiask disagreed with the ban request, then instead of him harassing Snowy further, he should of came onto the forums to give his opinion on the matter.
 
After watching the demos Snowy had provided, I can foresee Kiask receiving a ban for a day due to this. That's about the only punishment that seems justified.

By the way, when she originally asked for sponsor, I had asked her if she would like any benefits and she never once mentioned that she wants to pay for powers, or an easier time getting member or just being considered member etc. She also said after she decided to sponsor that she will "work her way up" to mod if she can get member back.
Her being sponsor is not in any way her trying to buy her way into the community just to be clear.
My +1 doesn't count as I can't get on servers but she always lets me know of rule breakers and asks for staff whenever there's an issue so she's definitely worth having as a member in my opinion.
