I hate to be that guy, but I'd honestly rather give it some time. I do not like the idea of old staff coming back and getting straight up promoted again without actually earning it. Another thing that bothers me is how some people vouch on here. @TheSupremePatriot it really seems like you're trying to get Bach's approval since he's well known here in xG. I wonder if you've even ever played with him. Not calling Supreme out he is an alright fellow, but people in general need to take a step back before they do something when they're talking to aggregates.

I am not 100% how people manage to unmute themselves nowadays, but take this guy as an example. Xeno Gamers He was spamming chat binds and bypassed all gags he was given within a minute or so. Even if it was impossible to bypass these, my opinion remains the same due to the reasons I've already stated.

I've done that a few times but it does not really seem as effective as banning people. Not to mention gagging/muting people for a short period is usually essential before we hand out bans. The problem is that you can easily avoid gags/mutes. Furthermore the "message" does not really come through. I believe people are more likely to learn their lesson if they cannot actually play on these servers anymore. It's good as it is right now.

If you take a look at the first two screenshots, you can clearly see that people can get easily offended by the stuff you're saying and whether it's satire or not, it's offensive and shows that you have not changed since your past five bans. Your actions - Your responsibility. It's your fault for not doing the right thing (i.e calling an admin who could have solved your issue). Most of this could have easily been avoided by calling an admin. Whether you start it or not, it seems like you provoke these situations by just continuing them. This really has to stop, and we've tried to stop it by banning you for five times now and it has not helped. It does not seem like you have changed your attitude. +1 for a ban but a perm is too much in my opinion.

For some reason Demopan's speed has majorly decreased. Demopan is as slow as Heavydile. Not fixed. Her class is still set to scout, meaning that you can get 520 speed through !playpoints. (So change her class to sniper or something in the config files.) You're not being active enough, 50% of the current TF2 higher ups are completely inactive already. I'd rather get someone active as DM.

Over the past few days, it has come to my attention that many people want to make sure demomen see the light of legality on blue. Therefore @kbraszzz and I came to the decision to create a poll to see the community's opinion about this matter. If the poll passes with at least 60% of the votes, demomen will be unrestricted from blu. This thread will be open for 5 days. Feel free to discuss this matter in this thread. Can Bagel not talk for himself? You have obviously no idea what you're talking about. Do you even know how many calladmin requests we get? All of these could have easily been prevented with one staff member on. Furthermore there's absolutely no reason to talk shit about people, not to mention they get along with each other now. People change, look Manly. This was my vouch on her mod application a few months ago. If we would not have noticed a major change in her behavior she would not have gotten staff, trust me. Not to mention she's probably one of the most active people on Hale and there is barely anyone who has such a commitment to the saxton hale community.

Before we debate ob this, is that even possible? @kbraszzz @Rejects @Ohstopyou :( EDIT: As far as I understood demos were restricted in order to prevent mass freekilling. We have enough staff already, jailbreak is pretty much always maintained. And if people want to mass freekill, they can just go heavy. Perhaps just unrestrict demoman, the sticky jumper can still be banned, and add rules about sticky trapping. If you're a soldier, you can play with a launcher if you're willing to accept the risk that you still get punished if you freekill even accidently. Same should apply for demo.
