+1 He's a great person. However I'm a little biased since I know him in real life. He's my best bud and he's a lot more mature and relaxed than I am. I think he'll be a great addition to xG. A: 6 M : 8

-1 I don't exactly think you're qualified for the moderator position. I personally didn't see you on that often on the server. As well as that I have yet to see anything that would make me convinced to +1 this. I'm also gonna mention when you came into the spawn, and down into the shop while I was working on the shop to build a penis there and go in chat to say "ha ha penis." I'll keep this as a -1 until I see a reason to change it to a +1. Edit: I was pretty sure you weren’t immature enough to the point where you would find that unironically funny. However, ironically or not, it was not humorous. Also, why would I have to ask you “Hey, why did you build a penis in spawn?” Since it is common sense to not build a penis in spawn anyways. You were opted to assist in building the spawn and were able to place blocks. You abused that fact and to my knowledge, no one else was silly enough to build a penis in the spawn. Judging from your reply to my vouch, I still believe you aren’t qualified for the moderator position.

+1 Hong is a great dude. He's already the Division Manager of Garry's Mod, a prevalent Discord Moderator, and the host behind the XenoGamers community nights. I have no doubt in my mind that he'll be a great addition to the TeamFortress2 staff roster. Only thing I worry about is him juggling those positions but knowing Hong, he should be capable enough an reasonable enough to be just fine. (Just ignore the fact that I haven't played on a xG TF2 server for almost four years or something.)

Shit man, you gotta do this on the weekend I ain't home. Fuck, Imma miss you brother, it was fun playing the 10mans with you and just messing around in any other game(like Minecraft or Warframe). +1 I'm still a little bit on the fence but I think he has improved to a tolerable amount. He was reasonable enough to halt an argument during a 10manner and instead of arguing, he was playing the game. I hope to see him continue that trend to avoid conflicts and to find a reasonable resolution and to not let his anger get out. Good job feller, keep up the good work. A:7 M: 6
