Well, in my opinion, I think we should add at most 2 mods and at least 1. I also think that we should promote an active mod to an admin because bonk and owl can not do it by themselves(unless u guys have a rule of 2, and in that case have them fight to the death). I think to should demo the staff that are not active unless they become active within 2 weeks. And for the mods that have homework, just get on the server and go afk, and then when someone needs you, help them. Im not saying all mods should do this, but the busy ones should.

If minecraft counts, I've been moderator on two different servers for 7 months each before the servers went down because of bugs in the game and not enough players. Information:

I love playing on these servers. I think I'm mature enough to be a moderator even though I am not 16 years of age. I play on the servers when there is a lot of people on and when there is not a lot of people on. I know the rules and I have read the admin handbook. Hey guys, I noticed during the last time I played on the CS:GO Servers that there were a few things that stood apart as possible issues or things that could be clarified or given a deeper meaning in the rules. I'll try to keep my best to keep this basic and organized, so without further ado:
 
 
1. Gun Check Freeze

He was afk or he left at the time.

I was recently playing vip in the mix (the jb map), and I was the warden. I ordered the t's to face main cells at all times while unstacked shoulder to shoulder at the bottom of main cell stairs. Mobin and mogs were fighting against me that vip was part of main cells. And because of this they were facing in the direction of vip. I killed them for this and I was slayed because apparently they were facing on the top right cell right next to vip. I think that me being slayed was bs because from my point of view it looked like they were facing vip. I think it should be implied that they should be facing the cells right behind the cell stairs. If this is not already in the rules, it should be.

Promote some of the people that are around during off hours instead of only the ones that are there all at the same time... it goes from no staff to like 4 or 5 and then none again....

I agree that we need more active staff members. We need staff members that play around an hour or more a day (on a regular basis). I think some people that are worthy of this are steven, charles, or mobin and dr. jinx (but they might be to young). I do realize that this will be a lengthy process, but I think that those few people should be highly considered for a moderator position. You might want to be looking at smalls and firewolf as well.

Thats the spirit bleed! Other ideas are like on halloween we could give each t a random candy bar and different bars did different things(its like a free !rtd). Or like on the 4th of july or new year's eve we could make certain guns(like awp or deagle) shoot fireworks. They are just ideas. I think it might be a fun twist.

If you need proof of this go to my steam user page thing and go see what other names i have been called by. Then go to his and see what names he has been called by. So yeah, also my image that i have always has my name on it(gryfons) and has orange on it while the guy in this video does not.

I was the other ct when this was happening( or at least some of it.) I left after about 5-8 rounds of being with this guy so I am not sure if he left also.

To be specific, this is not me, but it is a guy who changed his name to mine. I was on when some of this happened.
