Rightio guys, this is my second form since my last one has being canceled or cut off or whatevs because my age, BUT I assure you my age doesn't portray my personality and responsibility with power...to be honest I reckon im much more responsible than a lot of moderator+ staff and I reckon a few other people would also agree with me...and I wanted to know what is needed to apply for moderator+ at my age (14) and if it is actually strictly 16 years of age... i also do not currently have 50 or more forum posts, I hope that's not an issue.. probs will be tbh, XenoGamers rules can be quite strict, just a little heads up before yous tell me off and tell me to read the rules and guidelines about applying for staff, I already have so saving you the trouble.
 
This form's intention was to be informed and acknowledge the rules, and if some rules can/will be bended for the sake of love (cue Al Green's Let's Stay Together while placing rose petals on computer and keyboard loaded on Bongos profile picture (my face) and this page, with the lights dimmed down low, and a spotlight shining down on your computer set up like the lords calling for you to just... help a mate in need)

I am in deep deep sh*t. on new years eve at around 10:30ish I had this guy add me and said he wanted to buy my Australium Professional killstreak Scattergun and my Unusual Thirst Blood effect Haunted Ghosts, for 250 dollars paypal... I checked his backpack.tf, his profile and everythi8ng seemed legit, but I don't know how they've done this but he's completely copied the actually persons profile somehow and that confused the shit outta me...anyway, he seemed legit and he made an offer for my items on steam and after chatting and chatting about how it works and if it is trustworthy.......I had to accept.... now I am actually completely poor, and mentally poor as well... I know asking for things is not the right thing to do but, I lost a 200 dollar backpack... and I'm asking the amazing community of xenogamers for help, just anything will help even one refined metal will go a long way. Hey guys! a lot of people may know me on the surf servers a lot, and as (some might say) a respected member of xG, im also an uber donator and i follow close to all the rules that come as a member and donator of these servers. Joining the xenogamers community has introduced me to a lot of friendly faces and a lot of unfriendly people as well, although i do not posses any powers to help make the tf2 servers more friendly and hacker/abuser/naughty person free, people still respect me because they know me, and this is what i use to stop people from being on the naughty list, although most the time it works, all the other times i try, they just ignore me, so that is why i am applying for staff today. I am Australian as well, and by the time i get to play TF2 on XenoGamer servers... no other staff is on at the time to help stop these rascals :)

But I think you should play on xG servers a bit more mate. About 2 weeks is not enough to get people to know you in the servers

These are the donator perks available for our Team Fortress 2 servers. Please note that this is a one-time purchase; we do not have subscriptions. If you wish to upgrade your tier, you only have to pay the difference. For example, if you want to upgrade to Upgraded from Basic, you would only pay 10 USD. Please be sure that you add our division leaders on steam, or message them on the forums, and provide them with a receipt so they can verify your donator. If you are upgrading, you need to provide the original receipt and the new receipt. We no longer accept keys as payment. All donations must be made through the donation tab (PayPal or Stripe).

General Guidelines: If you want to do anything that affects gameplay or other people on the server, make a vote for it first and only proceed if the vote passes with 70% or more Yes votes (some examples are things like using !gimme to give yourself valve weapons or the HHHH and killing people with it) Follow this template while calling a vote: !vote "question" "No" "Yes". On Jailbreak, if you're using something that prevents you from being eligible for LR, slay yourself when it's down to you and the guy that should be getting LR. Don't delay any round using donator powers Boss Spawning Use !vote before spawning any of the bosses. The vote must have 70% wanting the boss to be spawned. When you are making a vote for things such as boss spawning, make No the first option and Yes the second option. (/vote "Spawn the HHH?" no yes) Boss Spawning Commands: !hatman - Spawns a Horseman. !eyeboss - Spawns a Monoculus. !eyeboss_red - Spawns a red variant of the Monoculus. !eyeboss_blue - Spawns a blue variant of the Monoculus. !merasmus - Spawns Merasmus. !skelegreen - Spawns a green variant of a Skeleton. !skelered - Spawns a red variant of a Skeleton. !skeleblue - Spawns a blue variant of a Skeleton. !skeleking - Spawns The Skeleton King. !ghost - Spawn the Ghost. Noclip Do not use this unless you are on a trade server, Mann vs Machine or Jailbreak. Slay yourself after using this if you wish to start killing people, otherwise it's considered abusing even if you turn off noclip. Noclipping to the skybox with intent to build there or cause any harm (sapping buildings, building, killing etc) is forbidden. !raffle You do not have to have a staff member present before doing these, but it is advised Resizing (!resizeheadme !resizeme !resizemyhands !resizermytorso) Don't resize and rebel or attack people. !rocketme Don't use while dead or it will kill the person you're spectating. DO NOT do this... even if they broke a rule, you are not staff and using this to "slay" a rulebreaker is STILL ABUSE. Stuns (!stunme !gstunme !bonkme) Don't spam these. Turning into bosses (!bemerasmus @me !behhh !bedeflector) Don't rebel or attack people while using these unless you go through a vote Custom Projectiles (!proj) Do not use models on syringes, this can create a lot of lag and can really clutter peoples screens. Robot & Skeleton Do not use these if you are fighting other people. Kartify Always be in !friendly mode to avoid dealing damage to enemy players when using this.  
Abusing any of your powers will result in the following punishment system:
Warn -> Kick -> Day Ban -> Warn -> Week Ban + Removal Of Powers.

If you notice rulebreakers and no staff are on, don't expect staff to know there is an issue without using !calladmin. If you see something wrong or someone breaking the rules, calladmin is your friend.
 
I am not vouching however because I do not know you, I just wanted to make you aware of the command, when used it sends all of the staff a message immediately and any staff on that is able to handle it will come as soon as possible. If you want to calladmin without other players knowing type /calladmin instead. I hope this helps any confusion.

I have requested an application to join XenoGamers mainly since I have witnessed a few abuse and rule breakers on XenoGamers severs and I could not do much to stop and there are no moderators or members to help witness and stop this, I would like to stop these types of things from happening.
