[suggestion] Allow Use Of Noise Makers

I really think that we should be able to use the noisemaker tools.

I mean, there really aren't any Halloween noise makers. Are there? They were spammed constantly so no one could hear the warden, so we just disabled them.

She means that if the warden says afk freeze, you can't use a noise maker otherwise you die

-1 the only time I have ever killed anyone in godmode was @Muzzle before I was DM while he was spamming noisemakers in my face and saying I was in godmode and couldn't do anything about it (#rekt)

 

Seriously though we removed them for a reason, they get spammed, everyone hates it, everyone bitches, we get told to remove them, we do, then the noise spammers bitch at us. End the cycle, keep them disabled.

Using noise makers are kind of like taunts, funny the first few times, but annoying after five of them.

I can't trust anyone with them.
