I guess you should promote Warrior back to admin, after all he did only smite @all ONE time.

First of all, it doesn't matter if the ratio of CT's with mics to T's isn't perfect, as long as CT's have mics and are calling warden there was absolutely no reason to do this. Unless there were no CT's with mics on, and no one was calling warden would there be anywhere near any kind of justification to do what you did. Even then, you could have simply just teamswapped the CT's who didn't have a mic/were refusing to call warden and allow people who did have mics on T to go on CT, instead of just teamswapping yourself onto CT. On the first screenshot Chuck posted, I see 4-6 people who have mics or that will call warden (Megarobin, Ganja, Miku [plue], silverknight, rowthar and shadowspy). I honestly doubt that all of those people (most of whom frequently call warden when on CT) were refusing to call warden at all. I haven't seen Chuck disrespect in the slightest in this thread at all, in fact you're making fun of his job (nurse) so if anything you're being disrespectful and Chuck isn't at all. TL;DR - most of the CT's seen in the screencap have mics and call warden frequently, so there was really no reason for you to teamswap yourself.

Regardless of what anyone is saying, abuse is abuse, it doesn't matter how small or big. A team swap with the intention of keeping order sounds fair, but this is one of those times where it was a bad call. What I mean, is that a different approach should have been taken. This is in the same ballpark as with what happened to Warrior. A bad decision was made by the Staff Member (although one was more severe then the other) and a different course of action should have been taken (telling CTs to actively call warden or risk being swapped). Clearly, a teamswap isn't what you might call punishable by demotion, but this Is considered abuse of power. I'm sure Hella is aware that his actions were wrong, and hopefully he won't be doing it again. To those who are saying this thread was needless, you are being ignorant. Why else would we have Report Abuse threads, if not to warn our Staff Members that what they did was wrong. Had Chuck Norris not done this, I sincerely doubt anyone would have told Hella he did something wrong (during the time it happened), and he would most likely end up doing it again. I'm not for a demotion, nor am I for any sort of punishment for something as trivial as a team swap. But I do want Hella (and any other Staff Member) to know that swapping yourself to CT at any point to "maintain order" is wrong. As Gawd said, the only time you should ever teamswap anyone is from CT to T for not actively calling Warden. Swapping anyone from T to CT should not happen under any circumstances (unless I'm mistaken, I can't think of a scenario where it is needed). TL;DR - Hella is in the wrong (does not warrant a demotion), you should not swap yourself nor anyone else to CT at any point. Report Abuse threads, no matter how small the crime, are always useful in letting the Staff Member know that what they did was wrong. - Dat guy, Forest

Using swapteam one time isn't that big of a deal. I don't see why you have to make an entire abuse thread over one little time. Along with that, you have NO proof of him spamming. Only a screenshot of him on T, then swapping himself using sm_swapteam. Again, this happened one time. -1 because one time isn't that big of a deal. If you had proof of him spamming after using this command to get on CT, it would actually be a bigger deal, but one time no.

I don't have a problem with it idk why some people do :/ as long as its legitimate contributions, why should we?

Hello, I began playing Jailbreak probably over five years ago and enjoyed most of my time on your community's jailbreak server. A few months ago I made my own Jailbreak map and ended up using it for nothing at all, it's unreleased and is not on any other servers. It is designed in the typical ba_electric jail format, just vastly improved in every way, shape, and form; in terms of functionality, gameplay, and aesthetics. These are the main areas I've taken screenshots of, there's a few secrets (none that adversely affect the overall well-being of the gameplay, or are illogical in nature) as well as some other areas like Pool, Shot 4 Shot, Deagle Toss, Blade Jump, Vents, etc. Main Cells and VIP on the far right: Big Cage: Deathrun: Obstacle: Coliseum (knife arena): Disco: Thanks for viewing, I put a lot of work into this map and thought someone might be interested. With that being said, I've been mapping for over five years, basically everyday and have over 21,000 accumulative hours in Source SDK (Hammer). I can make any changes and or additions necessary to this map if requested or desire, quickly, efficiently, and easily. The map is optimized entirely and has absolutely no lag or low framerates. Believe he is reffering to when a bunch of members and regulars joined other jailbreak servers to have some fun rebelling. I warned the chat not to break rules but just have some fun rebelling. Most If not all the people came untagged but I didn't see a reason as we were just gonna play some jailbreak. As we kept playing of course this didn't happen and people kept flooding chat and mic with the word pain and other variations, it was alright at first but after people started doing it just to do it instead of an occasional rebel rally I asked people to stop spamming. It continued through chat and eventually ended up with freekilling ans blatant rule breaking in other servers. After a while of nobody stopping and rule breaking continuing I decided to leave to disassociate myself from the mic spam and freekill. nobody would listen to me and the div manager there with us wasn't objcting to the rule break. This was by no means everybody who was there, but many did participate in it. I suggest you talk to @@serbiansnaga for help sorting this out. alwo really apologize for lack of grammar, typed this on my laggy ipod touch lol..
