i havent been able to do co leader stuff cause of school and work since the summer started, and theres no point in me staying as co leader if i'm not doing anything with it. on top of that, i started my last university semester so i have to focus everything on school after which i would be working when i graduate which leaves me zero time for xg or even computer games if i become that busy. so im resigning as co leader and member of xg and i leave it in the capable hands of the division leaders and managers and to forest for what he and i have been planning these past couple of months, do what you feel is right forest, i wont be able to help u with it anymore, sorry buddy :( but i know ull do fine and that i trust your decision, best of luck silence. peace

I've been thinking about this for a long time to come. Sometimes, I've questions the actions of many inside of xenogamers. There's the unnecessary drama unfolding between "members" of the same community. We're supposed to be a community. And instead, there's constant quarrels and qualms almost daily, from minimum interaction. There's admins who hardly play, and remained promoted, while there's certain others who are on every day and don't get a slice of recognition. I've been guilty of all this in the past, which is why I feel I need to do something. I resign. Strange? Well, not really. I've been thinking of leaving for the past 6 months now, because I need to focus on my student career and not my online gaming. I've brought an entire division up from the ground at a time when we only had a single server opened. Now, it's one of the most powerful and popular division in all of xenogamers. The countless hours I spent attempting to convert skins into models, trouble-shooting and problem solving. It taught more about myself than I could have learned from getting a job or failing a class. Certain others I've clashed with, whom will not be named, please understand that I meant no harm. I understand your anger, and sometimes you need to realize that certain personalities simply do not mix. @@Volt I read it wrong, there are no placements if you were to start ranked for first time in pre-season. there will be placements in season 4. you would just play in pre-season as unranked, and have it affect your ELO for your seeding in placements come season 4. Aight, so in a rather unseen turn of events, I have decided to remove myself from the situation at hand. I don't see eye to eye with very many people, and in turn I will be departing from xG. I know i come back a Lot, but this time I was deeply hurt. and as a result of such I will probably not return to xG again. You may still find me on the JB server or possibly some of the Gmod servers, but I will no longer be active through MC. this wasn't sporadic, this was a powder keg of frustration, and disappointment built up over a period of about three months about how hard it is to live up to the expectations of some people. and the recent turn of events was just the match to light that powder keg. It was a good run, and I wish everyone the best. - Audible_Savage. +1 A 7/10 M 9/10 used to be part of cs go, cool guy, plays league, helps populate whenever we decide to do so until the server broke (like today)
