I unfortunately don't have proof, though it would be pretty easy to get it. The guy's name is "Of Earth: Krillin". I played with him earlier and while I was healing him I could see that a majority of his shots were landing on the Hale, who was nearly at the top of the tower on Mann Co HQ and moving around quite a bit, even though we were standing near spawn. I can guarantee Hachi's screens are his doing

It's not really that Machine Slapping is the problem, but more of the fact that the dude who was using it was... let's just say... not legitimately aiming...

These rules should be added and maybe it will get populated much more. With the rules probably the players will feel more safe to play the game without any things that annoy the hell out of them

Okay so one time I was jackin it on a sunday when I was 14, and for whatever reason I decided to blow my load out of the second story window, so I opened the window and finished, but I forgot about the fact that the screen was still in the window. "Sirflash Killed "person" with Brass Beast, I looked in rank.xenogamers.com to see if it was you specifically who did it, it was not so @kbraszzz @Bach unban this person I banned the wrong person .....
